There was another posting where someone pointed out that this was on the heels of "Winchester Cathedral" and part of a brief flirtation with the 20's--and 30's, I'll add. How about the single cover of "I'd like to get to know you" by Spanky and Our Gang, as they're dressed in that era? Not as far back then, which is why the Songbook persisted on the charts up to that time.
Good morning, do you like sixties? Listen and pod cast my program " great sound of 60' s " on the site plumfm. Greeting and made blooper in rock and roll.
Salut, vous aimez les sixties ? Ecoutez et podcatez mon émission "le super son des sixties" sur plum fm. Salut et faites gaffe au rock'n roll.
met georgie backstage at the bill wyman and the rhythm kings gig the other day...he was eatting noodles repulsively and talking with his mouth full...it was epic!! such a funny/happy/talented man!! will take the image to the grave, love it :P Liz xxxx
I got to see Bonnie and Clyde's get away car, "that did't get away" back in 1968 outside a peoria illinois supermarket when i was3or 4. It was quite a sight to behold. I wonder what museum holds it now.
I saw the bullet ridden car last week at Terribles Casino (Primm) & Hotel on the Stateline of California - Nevada (30 minutes drive from Las Vegas) plus Clydes' shirt and many newspaper cuttings plus lots of photos.

I can remember hearing this song when I was 3 or 4 years old. I didn't understand it but I liked the beat.
