@YEAHHOE - there really is nothing wrong or degrading about a swimsuit pageant. They wear swimsuits in the Miss America pageants and those are considered fine, so this is no different. If I were in my swimsuit while dancing on a pole, or in my swimsuit taking provocative photos, then that could be considered degrading, however, this was a family friendly event, and everyone was classy about it.
