i LOVE your videos. and i love that you do all the rest of the stiches in normal knitting speed. i dont need the whole video in slow mo, just the stitch i'm trying to learn!!!!
Very nice and detailed. Try slowing down a bit when your knitting the other stitches. Even though the main part was a slower process, going to fast will increase the chances of someone getting confused or frustrated. That's just how the mind works. Thanks!
im working on a stockinette stitch and want to double decrease. Can this method be used for purl stitches too, on the reverse side ? Please help ! Thanks !
Thank you for making this video! I am making a hat that uses this double decrease and I was having trouble with it, but now it will be no problem. The video was very easy to see and the volume was good. Very nice and helpful.
Thank You for posting this. I've been stuck on a hat pattern for almost a week and the designer has not gotten back to me on it. I can finish my hat thanks to this!
I so enjoy your videos, and would like to ask if you would do some on lace knitting? I thank you so much, Your voice is quite soothing and you really know your knitting!! I have a way to go with some techniques. BTW, I have this and other videos of yours on my KNIT HELP playlist,
What is the difference - and does it matter - between SK2P and K2SP? It seems to me that in both cases you end up making 3 stitches into 1, whether on the right or left needle they end up on the right eventually as one stitch.
You are the best! Do you have a video on increasing stitches and deacreasing them so you get like a diagonal garter stich effect? Not sure if that explains it properly! But it looks like you start with say one or two stitches and then increase to 3/4/5/6 etc and then go back into 1/2 stitches to end..
Wonderful to see a new video from you! This was very helpful in the pattern that I'm working on right now. Thank you so much! And if you ever did a video knit-a-long, I'd definitely sign up!
Thank you so much, I hadn't even heard of this decrease yet and now I will be ready for it when I need it. Thank you so much. You have good quality vids and clear instructions and honestly I love you accent as well. :D I was hopeing someone could do a vid. knit along. Im not able to get out to knit nights so maybe that would be fun for all us knitter bloggers to do? just a thought. k-bye
Is there a decrease for the middle that doesn't leave that rib? Cause I need to make a cupping shape like that but maintain the stockinette look.
