Uh, not sure, but without the silencer in, it breaks California's noise ordinance of 93 dB. It's probably over 100 dB, people always say they heard me coming from 3 blocks away, haha.
DAmn, BEst sound i ever heard from a Exhaust! Once i pull some money outta a hat, ill grab a fit too! lol I wonder how the greddy evo 2 exhaust sounds on a fit?
U planning on adding any engine mods? my ideas are drifting towards a k20 engine or super charger, but problem is with super charger, ur engine can only be pushed to its limits! but post up some videos when u add some engine mods...would love to see that...Honda Forever babieee!
wtf? on the discription of the vid it says "very loud" man, i dont know what you drove before but this thing sounds like everything BUT loud! you need to get a header and/or delete your cat if you want loud. oh and also.... that little 50mm pipe you got, aint gonna do any justice man.
not at all. the skunk2 is a cat-back exhaust, meaning it runs from the catalytic converter to the back of the car. the catalytic converter is responsible for removing carbon monoxide from your exhaust emissions, and you're not tampering with the cat in any way by installing this exhaust. no exhaust system the runs cat-back or axle-back will affect your emissions.
the 60mm version is designed for boosted engines (turbos and supers). it's not smart to get the 60mm version unless you're boosted or plan to boost, because it doesn't provide enough back pressure and actually robs your engine of some power. if your engine is stock, get the 50mm. or like me, i'm running the 50mm version, but if i boost i'm just gonna take off the axle-back to allow for enough airflow. it's your choice, but i recommend the 50mm.
how much db is that ?!
