Further, the Gov. really has no business licensing marriage in the first place, as marriage is a religious institution. In the days of the founders the Gov. had nothing to do with marriage. The Gov. has no business saying who can and can't get married in the first place.

Marriage is a religious term, thus it applies to whatever your particular religion says it does. If your religion says it only applies to a man and woman then that is true within the context of your religion. If your religions says it applies to any two people regardless of gender then THAT is true within the context of your religion.

In either case, the Gov. is prohibited by the Constitution from interfering. It's the VERY first amendment. Plus the 14th. It's TWICE unconstitutional.
