@chuckproductionscm from the cars' angle, it is easy to tell. It is a stop sign. You can also see that it is an octagon, not a triangle, therefore a stop.

Though none stopped, at least the silver car took a bit of time to slow down and look, yes its still illegal, but at least it was some sort of effort, the others just drove right through.
