I feel sorry for Gordon a little. I would hate to have to go into these ridiculous situations with terrible cooks, idiot owners, filthy kitchens (not this episode but in a lot of them), snotty or stupid wait staff and managers...my god. And it's SHOCKING how many of these people decide to open a restaurant while knowing NOTHING about food! WTF gets into these people's heads! REALLY!
