i used to use this method... another thing that helps is wearing clothing that redudes weight so u can run for long.....(boots of lightness , penence gloves, spotted or spottier cape) ime not sure if it is so much an hour now due to the fall in prices of mort myre fungus. but still good money (Y) nice guide easwell :)
