I think with a no nonsense coach (who doesnt inflate egos), and a talented starting back to learn from this year he'll do just fine in college. He'll be ready for the NFL in his junior year in college. To compete with Reggie, he needs to show the ability to cut right through the heart of an offense.

Noel is pretty strong for being just 5-8 170. He has great ballance, speed and acceleration. The one downside is that he is pretty small, but that's what they said about Barry Sanders and look how he turned out.
