We ARE in Afghanistan. Al Qeada is in Iraq now. It doesn't matter whether they were there before or not. We have the opportunity to take them on there instead of letting them regain strength and attack us again. We can't go everywhere at once. We should have gone after Iran and Syria already, but there are too many limp-wristed lib's out there who don't know when to negotiate and when to fight.

If you pay attention to what the Dem's say and what they do as much as you claim, then you know that they are hardly ever the same thing. Bush had the power to go into Iraq from the War Powers Act passed the year before. He allowed debate and another vote to put on record that everyone was on board and the Dem's lined up to make bold speeches stating just that before the vote. The vote was to give the lib's the chance to go on record as being in favor of invasion.
The problem with debate is that it takes time, time enough for Saddam to get rid of the remaining weapons he had. However, WMD's aside, do you still cling to the myth the Iraqi's were better off under Saddam than they are now? Was being rounded up and shot, then buried in mass graves better? Was the fake "oil for food" program which only lined Saddam's and Kofi Annan's pockets better?

We ARE in Afghanistan. Al Qeada is in Iraq now. It doesn't matter whether they were there before or not. We have the opportunity to take them on there instead of letting them regain strength and attack us again. We can't go everywhere at once. We should have gone after Iran and Syria already, but there are too many limp-wristed lib's out there who don't know when to negotiate and when to fight.

When we went to Iraq, the entire US government was united as well. In fact, the only reason there was a vote on Iraq was so all of the lib's in congress could go on record as being on board. If you pay attention to what the Dem's say and what they do as much as you claim, then you know that they are hardly ever the same thing. Bush had the power to go into Iraq from the War Powers Act passed the year before. He allowed debate and another vote to put on record that everyone was on board and the Dem's lined up to make bold speeches stating just that before the vote. The vote was to give the lib's the chance to go on record as being in favor of invasion.

What makes him different from the established candidates (be it democratic or republican) is that he is honest and a man of visions. he is not as corrupted as the other candidates because he isn't in the political buissness as long as the others are. so this "lack of experience" should be rather viewed as positve than as negative.

he is a huge liberal socialist, his image of America is scary. He is a candidate who if he isn't voting the extreme liberal vote, votes present so he does not have to make a decission. He is a spineles socialist who takes advice from a racist, anti american minister and a vietnam war criminal who should be in jail. The real estate deal that got him his house smacks of the worse kind of corruption out there, but he hopes for change and you people fall all over yourselves. sad

His only plan is to "raise taxes on the rich". What's new about that? The level of discourse in this country has sunk to an all time low, with asshole conservatives on one side and asshole liberals on the other. Even watching C-Span, I find that our elected officials appear to be incapable of any sort of deeper analysis of the tough issues. In that light, I don't think it's fair to cast aspersions on anyone's politics, because as I see it, once we start examining the ethics of our and other's political positions we start to look much more similar. Just a thought.

My humorous observation; I was at a union meeting last month and many of the people were complaining about how poorly the negotiations are going and how cheap the city is being with us. To a member they were all blaming Republicans even though their is not a single Republican left in out city(Minneapolis) government. The other side of the table is Democrats and Green party members but to hear these people you'ed have thought G.W.Bush himself was sitting there.
