I believe it is the Trademark/logo used by Joachim Garraud, if you look him up that dog looking symbol is everywhere. Also if I remember correctly, they were handing out stickers of it with Joachim's name on it at a performance at Peppermint club at The Fairmont in Dubai 2007. Hope this helps!
