I love Gorkha people. I don't know why Indian Government is so violent over there, why they don't agree with Gorkha (Darjeling) people. Bcoz, now the time of re-concealition and make peacefull co-existance with majority. Some Bangaleeis doing business over there. They holding business and economy. But if you want peace, you need to recognise Gorkha culture and their economic freedom. Long liveGNLF, long live Darjeeling. as a Bangladeshi Journalist I visited the area in the month of July, 1992.

I spent my gap year there, it was surprising how quickly it became home (for someone who had never been outside of europe before)I don't know about the town losing it's beauty...it's much more relaxed than most other indian cities! and it seemed quite beautiful to me at the time!

3 stars from germany for this beautiful video; I will not give more because it`s a bit of a lie to just show the beauty of this scene. There are crowds of tourist on this moutain in this moment and there is a ugly military tower behind the digicam.
