Sam Witwer is an amazing actor and he was so awesome as Starkiller in TFU and TFU 2 :) ! The Son was an awesome character in the Mortis episodes :D

@jayce79 He's just some ass clown who is blinded by his own ambition. He claims not to be strictly allied to the Sith side of things...but sure as hell acts like one. He is supposed to be the physical embodiment of the Dark side. However he sure acts a lot like every other sith. They did a crap job with a character with limitless potential. Too constantly dark side=evil when its not the case. Its rarely portrayed or explained properly. They couldve done more with "son" & the "father"...fail.

Actually he is nothing like the Sith.

He has shows deep rooted love for his family ,regret and as u say he has agreeable ambitions of peace and balance,which the Sith do not have.

The character was written very well written.

How do we know he is not lying about his intention to restore peace and balance? I thought the episode did specify that the family are so powerful with both sides of the Force they are practical embodiment of them. To be Sith is to embrace the Dark Side. If he embodies the Dark Side, HE IS SITH.

Plus, Obi Wan did state that if he is let lose from Mortis, the Son will go around terrorizing the universe. How is THAT restoring Peace and Balance?

The Savage Oppress 3 parter was good but this one isnt. The Force world is a big letdown in many ways. It and the inhabitants look like Final Fantasy. The giant birds all of it. The Force is cool until they try to explain it and say it comes from this planet I'll name Lameassia!

Seems so far like the Son has good intentions. I like it when the dark side is not portrayed as wholly evil. It also seems like the Son doesn't like the Sith very much.

Destroy may not be the right word more like corrupting it with the dark side.From the moment they get to the planet we have a glimpse of how their personalities are the daughter creates lifes and the son destroys it.The father keeps them from spreading to the galaxy to have his version of balance.He isn't just going to stop at destroying the Sith and the Jedi by his very nature and by extension the dark side he wants to spread the ''evil'' around the galaxy.

@MrCrazyJedi Not true. The Sith believe in order and stability just as much as the Jedi believe in peace. However, the Sith go by their own religion that the strongest deserves to survive and they believe in security at the expense of freedom. Believe or not, there was less corruption in the galaxy when the Empire was in power than the Republic.

Also the whole concept about there being less corruption on the galaxy when the Empire was in power, is just a big part of Empire propaganda after ROTJ. The systems had better security yes but at the expense of freedom.

@MrCrazyJedi Yes true. But regardless of whether there was more crime or death or slavery under the empire iron fist opposed to the warm hug of the peace keeping republic is irrelevant. The empire made the whole galaxy slaves. Not just the ones on slave planets. Empire removed the voice of the people by conquering the senate. So even though yes maybe things were a little tighter run and faster decisions made in government to speed things along, maybe even for the masses, the masses NO say in it.
