Is that chick pea flour he made the same as besan flour. I have besan at home. Can i just use that? I cannot eat peanuts. Is it okay to make without nuts at all? Basically this is like a fallafal, right?

Oh and this one is going in my gluten free playlist, thank you. Since getting allergy I can't eat wheat and have to have gluten free and you sir are really helping me( and my family ) so many, many thanks .

Ragi vada has always been my favourite. Nice to see the recipe here. We do it like onion pakoda instead of patties. You can expect them to be even more crispier.

You can find Ragi Flour in Indian store. Ragi is very rich in carbs and calcium. This grain is even considered as healthier than wheat....
