hi mammassaymamasaw i hope you did get to visit our store. so far we have not had any build up complains and we have been using the product for the last six years.

we dont use any petrolum in our products and this is what causes most build up.

it sure does seem like you are putting alot of that stuff into 1 lock! Are you sure over time its not going to build up into her hair? Like for instance there's another Dreadlock product I've used called 'Jamaican lime and mango or mango and lime locking gel and that stuff left some type of build up in my locks after a while of using it! I'm going to your store today to look at your products, hope I'm not dissapointed! (:
