I worked for this chain and it is full of artificial management and robots. They never understood employees. They always want only employees to understand them and their Credo.
I had to leave coz of 1 FC's politics which I complained to Ritz corporate HR who never even replied.
So mean. I will never work for this chain and would not suggest any1 else to work for them and become a robot
