@DaveG121 Run towards a wall, spin jump, then press the D-pad in the opposite direction and immediately afterwards, jump. It takes a little skill to use it but wall-jumping is AWESOME to get some items early.
Oh, you're trying to get across that section where the blocks crumble underneath your feet, right? There's actually a "Dash" button in the game (whatever button is assigned as the SNES's B button) that lets Samus run over them without falling and getting stuck.
Why not? I have no problem with "first" comments, so I have no problem with making them either. I just generally won't because it seems to piss people off.

how do you wall jump!!!! iknow where crates lair is i found it before i got to norfair then i saved the game back in norfair
