All the voice comments - I actually kind of liked his voice in those Rick Kleffel interviews for Trashotron. I don't know, it made him sound sinister, which was kind of cool on the readings of Abarat and describing Gorgossium.
THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR UPLOADING THIS, this man has been very important and meaningful in my life and his passion, commitment and never-ending inspiration is an influence and creative fire of the imagination for many, many people across the generations. I LOVE YOU CLIVE! :)
The greatest imaginer of the last fifty years. The man is a gift to anyone who has ever wished for unfathomable, epic fantasy...Thanks for the upload!!
It's rare that you see someone that can talk about anime in a professional context - not as what he likes or what can be adapted from it, but anime as the high potential media form it is. It is flexible, expressive and unlimited by convention, and is therefore an incredibly underrated tool for storytelling in a visual format.
One of the most effective step downs you could have from Literature to another format and retaining most of its quality is through animation - anime shows the best of it.
He is truly amazing, inspiring & so much more...in just a few short months, his voice has recovered beautifully...well-deserved award for a man that lives, breathes & shares all that is in his soul with those willing to listen...
Last time I heard him talk he had a horrid voice, glad to know he's better

@normansmother1 Never drugs, that I’m aware of. He had/has throat polyp and many of them had to be surgically removed, hence affecting his voice.

I'm glad that even he recognizes how overboard the Hellraiser movies got.

I love his work. The man introduced me--and many others--to the horror/fantasy genre. Good to 'hear' that his voice is getting better, too.
Can't wait for that new Hellraiser book he talks about! We'll finally know Pinhead's real name.
