  • and dont you have litter pickers paid by the state? also you lost the 5th on new years eve - no one gives a shit, no one cares, no one probably understands, fucked up on meth and porno - i love america

  • your opening animation gave you an instant thumbs down

  • bongs in the gas station or whatever that was hahahaha

  • Excellent idea to associate something positive with open carry. Good idea too if you have your permit exposed next to your gun.

  • how will the cop know its legal unless they check. what is some asshole was about to shoot up a store and someone called and the cop was like whatever leave us alone.... just show your damn permit ya dick

  • @thezombiekiller87 permit? registration? HAHAHAHHA welcome to NH. you only need conceal carry permit if you want conceal the weapon. you just dont need to be a felon

  • @korgoth25 that is actually awesome. im from mass it sucks down here. i understand what they are saying but at the same time who will a police man know if they are some asshole or not with out at least asking for proove. i mean anyone could walk around ane be like oh yea im legit.

  • @thezombiekiller87 Yes I understand what your saying, Especially when the police get called because someone saw somebody with a gun, if you and the officer are polite to each other its as simple as heres my name my ID and ok your not a criminal have a great day.

  • @korgoth25 yea but im sure you saw other asses on youtube like oh its my right to have this blah blah blah. really its a gun not a damn toy... but ima move to nh now hahah

  • @thezombiekiller87 Ya, some of them are just way over the top. If your the nice to the officer (usually) there nice back. They have to check if some one calls in but if they see it in the open the usually wont stop you unless your being "special"

  • @korgoth25 yea legit dude. cops like hey i notice you got a gun may i see your permit. obv answer. sure office no prob have a good day. wait till one of these dicks get shot in the leg for not showing id hahaha

  • @thezombiekiller87 In NH its hey I notice your packin just wanna make sure you dont a record

  • @thezombiekiller87 i don't think a criminal is really going to walk around with a gun in the open. that draws the wrong type of attention to felons and people with warrants who DEFINITELY don't want the cops looking at them

  • Project Appleseed shirt! Nice!

  • Like how the store owner has bongs behind him in the interview.

  • Yeah for real. He just sounds so full of hate and uncivilized. He should totally be banned. You're the h8r.

  • They should really delete this guy's hate channel.

  • @cheseweezle94 How is this a hate channel?

  • 3:12 this dude all bout peace he has a purple and a yellow bong in the backround ha

  • Nothing good has ever come from a 40S&W

  • @MoonbatKiller What about fun at the gun range, foiled home invasion, or the simple act of having an item as part of a private collection?

  • @Lycian Sorry, it's a long running joke on a forum I'm on. Simply because the only reason it exists is because the FBI couldn't handle the 10mm.

  • "I know people that carry guns, that are some of the best people in the world."

  • Is it true that you require a license to open carry in the state of New Hampshire?

  • @atmospheere No just concealed.

  • @MoonbatKiller ok thanks

  • @atmospheere 2nd amendment bro.

  • @b4mp3r thanks man

  • I love this shop owner!!!!

  • The comment about " There is no age limit to open carry"...Im thinking that should be looked into alittle closer! but of course i could be wrong

  • lol he rocked a fart at5:28

  • nice BONGS in the background LOL

  • in california you can oc unloaded when your 18 but cant buy a pistol until your 21 it dosent make sence!!!???

  • Can someone please explain to us non-NH folk what this is about? Why are these guys carring guns and picking up trash?

  • Trolling attempt fail...

  • i love the store owner. best person i have seen yet.

  • you don't "try to keep those punks in line" your not law enforcement officers, you are carrying for the wrong reason and for that you have failed miserably trying to act cool in front of the kid

  • it's funny to watch them walking around with their chest all puffed out, with those guns on their side. But a good law

  • i completely agree with the right to bear arms...yes i think everybody who is mentally stable should have the right to carry a handgun on them with a permit...BUT not open carry. it should be concealed and out of sight from the public. im a leo and dont care if your carrying a concealed gun as long as the paperwork checks out...to me if your open carrying a gun just means your trying to be some hotshot with a small wiener showing off his gun...even us leo's dont open carry off duty. it just att

  • @djkron532 LOL... very funny but I totally disagree.

  • 0:04 - 0:21 , you should probably get some hobbies...or something...

  • is that a bong over the shop keepers should?

  • might want to read that "right to bare arms" right once more, doesn't say YOU, it says IN THE EVENT (of reserve-to keep its own) The States right to have it's own ARMED MILITIA in the case it needs to protect itself.

Of course, so uneducated don't read and question then process, then finally speak, they just run off at the mouth with what they read off "google/ or my fav. wiki"

  • @LawlsWithMe

'A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State' - Preamble to the 2nd Amendment

Preamble = A phrase that re-enforces the need for the declaration/ordinance/law/Constitution.

'The right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.' - 2nd Amendment.

THAT is the Second Amendment. It has nothing to do with the militia.

  • @TheBoberton

the second amendment is the same as a preamble, the preamble is the bill fo rights, it's the pre constitution.

but as i said that statement written there is meant for the states to bear arms in time of need.

  • @LawlsWithMe

'but as i said that statement written there is meant for the states to bear arms in time of need.'

And Thomas Jefferson disagreed with you.

'The Constitution of most of our states (and of the United States) assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed.' - Thomas Jefferson

  • @LawlsWithMe

Further, many states' Constitutions prohibit the prohibition of arms.

'That every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state.' - Alabama

'Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state.' - Connecticut

'The people shall have a right to bear arms, for the defense of themselves and the State.' - Indiana

    (Cont)

  • (Cont)

'Subject only to the police power, the right of the individual citizen to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.' - Illinois

'Every citizen has a right to keep and bear arms and this right shall never be questioned.' - Maine

'Every person has a right to keep and bear arms for the defense of himself and the state.' -Michigan

In fact, most of our states have them (I have just not included the quotes, as they are longer in some other states' Constitutions.)

  • @TheBoberton

yesh yesh, but my statement goes for what it WAS supposed to mean before things got changed and rewritten. thats what it was supposed to be for. :3

  • @Ben85paintball exactly, thats why I like to say an armed society is a civil society. Many perps will think twice if they know we are armed.. You feeling lucky punkl? lol

  • @Ben85paintball one, when did i say guns should be illegal? two, if you're drawing a line where do you draw it? three, you said yourself this country isn't perfect, why wouldn't we be able to amend the constitution?

  • @Ben85paintball I DID say it would not be the smartest thing to do. It just would not be illegal. Probably 2 out of 10 cops would know that, and even if they did, they would not care. In most places they're just not going to let you do that, whether it's legal or not. You would scare the piss out of most unknowing citizens, and the police at the least would probably charge you with 'disturbing the peace'. Something, anything, to stop you from doing what you're doing.

  • @Ben85paintball "Thats funny. Could I legally carry my rifle and pick up garbadge too.

I dont want to because it would scare people. So I can walk around openly with an ak??"

I don't know where you reside, but where I reside, it would be perfectly legal to walk down main street, toting an AK with a 30 round mag, and one in the chamber. It might not be the SMARTEST thing to do, but it would be perfectly legal. Here, for the most part you have to actually BREAK the law before being arrested.

  • @Ben85paintball

    yes you can.

  • @Ben85paintball you cannot be serious. you're defending an amendment to the constitution while arguing against changing it. an amendment to the constitution guarantees that freedom of speech. an amendment to the constitution makes everyone born here a citizen. an amendment to the constitution guarantees equal protection of all people under the law.

you didn't answer my question. is this country or is it not perfect?

  • @Ben85paintball wrong. so wrong. if that were the case it wouldn't be possible to amend it any more, but it is. do you honestly believe that this country is 100% perfect?

and it's hard not to act smarter when you are smarter.

  • @Ben85paintball the second AMENDMENT was a CHANGE to the constitution, moron.

  • 3:06.....LOL . Look at all the bongs for sale!!

  • police look at all citizens as untrustworthy until they ided you, if thats not paranoid, open carry create a constitutional militiaman to start making citizens arrests of senators congressmen and police, who violate constitutional rights we will see cops drop like flies they do not care about you're rights, control ,command, disarm, arrest thats all they care about they do not want open carry it threatens there job security and control

  • Go open carry ...... it's pro constitution : )

  • They will never "outlaw" guns, they will just keep making it harder and harder for each generation. Vote folks.

  • You can now open carry in the state house in concord as well.

  • If guns are detrimental to safety, why do cops carry them?

People need to realize that high crime rates do not occur because of access to firearms. It happens because of cultural decay.

  • I am a lifelong NH resident, I support and believe in the 2nd amendment 100%, I know that it is legal to 'open carry' in NH. However............. It is also legal to walk around with a full, fresh load of shit in my pants and FUCK AMERICA written on my forehead. However doing so, simply for attention is about as numb as walking around with an unconcealed firearm. People like this give NH residents and gun owners a bad name. Grow up, spend 10 bucks, and keep it in your pants.

  • @bigbossimmotal - You say that people should only carry concealed, and you ignore the fact that it's perfectly legal to open carry. This is a battle for decency, and it would be helpful if you accept the fact that there are TOO MANY folks out there who call the gestapo at first sight of a gun when no crime has been committed-and it is criminals who carry their guns hidden while law abiding people who aren't afraid of public scrutiny give cause to why we stand ready. Who cares how you feel?

  • Wow. How many times did your mom have sex with Harold Ramis?

  • i love people who are scared by guns. they are the ones who believe in the false concept of safety. there is no such thing as being safe you can only feel safe which doesnt necessarily mean you are safe

  • i like that shop owner.

    owns guns and sells bongs.

    a great american.

  • That shop keeper has it right

  • "Hell hath no fury like a well intentioned government."

  • Around 5:02 he says you can carry your weapon loaded without a license. Then he goes "except", then the video cuts it out. What was he saying was the exception?

  • Yea, its Nashua, its full of trash. But you gun carrying dip shits aren't helping!!! Rednecks.

  • @bigoledicksdotcom shut the fuck up. ppl like you arent worth a damn you know that.

  • @bigoledicksdotcom lol not one of them people were rednecks dude

  • Tony has bongs on his shelf

  • kid was stoned hahhaha but it's nice to see you trying to educate the youth

  • its nice to see that the store owner had some bongs for sale behind him on his shelves. lol. other than that go open carry!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Good job guys for postivly promoting the rights of your fellow citizens and keeping your state beauitful and free.

  • Holy cow, my ears are ringing from all the gun fights you guys were constantly involved in. How were you able to walk around and keep your shirts white with all the blood in the street?

    Just kidding, good job y'all.

  • Well, that's an interesting approach... Nifty really, however I feel that they really should carry fliers or pamphlets when doing this. Something that they can hand to curios people, like that young man, and which points them to legal resources about NH gun laws, open carry and their rights as citizens.

  • i just cant get comfortable with men being able to kill that quick and the way he sold it to the kid at the end was fucked i know where your comeing from but shit man its dark as fuck i value life beyond all law

  • @matthewchops

then you should maybe campaign for all armies, police, criminals etc to be disarmed.

  • @therhythmicmenace yeah i mean if the police here start carrying then i sure as fuck will and as i said i understand that when lots of people have guns its safer for you to have one than not but surely we should work towards not having or wanting guns the problem is its us innocents who get shot not police or politicians and with a gun you are judge jury and executioner and i dont trust men enough to be in that position with them

  • @matthewchops But the problem is that criminal don't share your view. And since they don't, it's expedient that the innocent have the capability to defend themselves with as much force as is necessary.

  • @dinkyblack1 i am sure the fat 50 year old taxi driver here couldnt have killed 11 people with his bear hands or even a knife you still have a chance at running away ect and the cops had to back off him in short he was able to kill much more efficiently beceause he had a gun

  • @matthewchops Matthew, are you aware how quickly and easily a grown man can snap someone's neck? It's not about killing people. It's about deterring those who would consider it from doing so. Everything you see in this video is about protection for one's self, one's family, and one's property. It's about protecting the life of the innocent. If it comes down to my family's lives, or a criminal's life, it is my moral and ethical obligation to kill him before he can harm them.

  • @dinkyblack1 i know and in a clear cut case of attacker going for you or family you do what you can but its the random loss of temper homicides where people kill cos they can whilst inraged you cant be a split second away from killing without a gun its too much power but i get what you say and respect your opinion

  • @matthewchops My point being, in a moment of lost temper, anything can be used as a killing tool, even one's own hands. Guns are not the problem, just as knives and hands are not the problem. People who use them improperly are. Proper training for when, where and how each of those tools should be used is the answer. Not restricting their availability or use.

  • nice bongs in the background

  • @valdostastate77 i also doubt the motives of some open carry people they can come across as inadequate and strapping because they lack confidence like the police and other bully victims

  • @matthewchops I don't doubt their motives dumbass, I said "nice bongs" refering to the marajuana pipes in the store. I have no problem with physically weak people or women carrying firearms to protect themselves. I'm 6'1 260 lbs, I can bench 400lbs(use to be more im getting old) and practice brazillian jui jitsu but against a well placed shot from most firearms I loose!! Long live the 2nd amendment!!!!!!

  • its because all the cop shows they see take place in ny etc where its illegal to own a gun so they think its like that in every state thats the problem with most ppl

  • I think open carry trash pickup is an outstanding way to get the message out about the rights of citizens in a positive way.

  • i have a question i live in massachusetts where I own a concealed carry licens and i visit Newhampshire a couple times a year, am i aloud to open carry in that sate or do i have to be a resident to open carry?

  • @jerdans Yes-you're free to carry. Because FreeStaters all start out as out-of-staters, and carry openly at Porcupine Festivals (a festival that happens annually in NH in early summer). The cops don't hassle us.

  • KEEP THE NEW HAMPSHIRE LIFE LIVE

  • are those water pipes on the store shelf? LOL love NH

  • 3:45 Astronomy was never my forte, but is that the Big Dipper on his neck?

  • LOL @ 3:19 theres a couple bongs in the back ground.

  • How many Women typically carry concealed firearms in your area? Just curious.

  • lol, I love the sound effects.

  • My son and daughter-in-law carry guns. We reside in Tn. where they just passed a law that allows guns in bars. Hee! Haw!

They travel a lot and have to be careful when they enter a state that don't allow guns or don't recognize their permits.

  • I have to say this but youtude85 is a card carrying NAMBLA member democRAT! Keep up the good work guys only if every state was like NH, I'm only 20 minutes away in mASSachusetts where can burn the American flag but you can't shoot at a silhouette.

  • I'm afraid I live in Canada, were merely owning a weapon not for "hunting purposes" makes people shit their pants. Don't even mention carrying weapons in public or most peoples brains would explode.

A sad state of affairs indeed.

  • Comment removed

  • Constitutional rights baby, yeah. Too bad you need a license to carry guns openly. You shouln't need one at all. That is essentially asking the government persmission to carry your guns in public. They then grant you that privilege. If it is your Right, you don't need permission from anything or anyone, PERIOD.

  • i feel lucky. in vermont where i live, u don't need a permit for either concealed or open carry. also people under the age of 21 are allowed to own (not buy) a handgun if they have parents permission. Vermont ftw!!!

  • Where do you live that requires a permit?

  • As long as we are licensed, they know who to come to if they ever do outlaw guns in the U.S. But since crime is such big business, they want us to have guns. The more people with guns; the lower the crime rate will drop.(states that allow guns, have lower crime rates)When crime rate drops, so does revenue. Let everyone strap on a gun, and the govt. would go broke. Everything is motivated by money.

  • Right.

  • You are an idiot.

  • with out our rights to bear arms means that the only people with out guns is the people that follow the laws. Think about it!

  • You're 100% correct. Criminals don't care what the law says, they'll carry a gun anyways, and for the wrong intentions.

It makes no sense to take them away from people who want to defend themselves.

  • People have the wrong idea about guns cause if what they think is true and they do take guns away are they goin to take knives to and any think else that can kill a person.? A gun has never killed a person by its self!

  • So the 2nd Amendment doesn't mean anything to you? They are not trying to be cops. These gentlemen are trying to educate people of our constitutional and state rights.

  • lol corny

  • These dudes are cool. I love them. THey sticking up for their rights.

  • LoL I know Tony I deliver to his store I work for Coca Cola oh boy this is cool hahahahah he is a cool guy!

  • THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED! It's OUR RIGHT. Regardless of how "UNPOPULAR" IT IS.

  • @SpizyChicken

Well I argue that it isn't unpopular. Most houses have a gun, so people should have some positive or neutral experiences. I've Open Carried for about a year and have only been stopped by a cop twice. Both times the cops were professional and pleasant. One asked to see my license (which I did not have to show him but I did) and the other asked to run the serial number of my sidearm to see if it was legal (I let him, though again I did not have to.)

  • @SpizyChicken actually more people support the right to bear arms than people who dont, both democrats and republicans. or at least thats what most polls i've seen show.

  • @SpizyChicken for a "regulated militia"

  • @SpizyChicken try no caps

  • @SpizyChicken at least do us he service of stating the whole amendment.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

as you can clearly see, the right to bear arms is completely contingent on a well regulated militia being necessary to our security. since it no longer is, this amendment is pretty much meaningless.

  • @webmaster2089

'the right to bear arms is completely contingent on a well regulated militia being necessary to our security.'

In letters and records of their discussions, the founders made it very clear that 'militia' means an armed citizenry. It has nothing to do with the military or the national guard.

'since it no longer is, this amendment is pretty much meaningless.'

Untrue. The Second Amendment is one of the most important statements in recorded history.

  • @ExoticSpotting i'll grant you that "militia" can be taken to mean armed citizenry, but the phrase "well regulated" is still unambiguously there. even if everything you say is true, the amendment still gives infinite leeway for "regulation" or gun control.

and that's even if you think the first part is still relevant, which i don't. think about the context, the founders wanted an explicitly weak central government. we certainly don't have that anymore.

  • @webmaster2089

'but the phrase "well regulated" is still unambiguously there.'

You have to take into consideration what 'well regulated' meant in the 1700's.

In that time period 'regulated' was essentially a synonym for 'equiped' or 'supplied'. For example: If a businessman showed up for work in a fancy, custom-tailored suit, he would be considered to be 'well regulated in dress.'

So, 'well regulated militia' means (in 21st century-speak) a citizenry well equiped in arms.

  • @ExoticSpotting

'even if everything you say is true, the amendment still gives infinite leeway for "regulation" or gun control.'

It does no such thing. Any act or law that impedes a law-abiding American citizen's ability to procure or operate firearms is a blatant infringement of the Constitution.

  • @webmaster2089 The key term, which sets the Second Amendment apart from many other rights, is that it doesn't mince words on who the right applies to. "The right of the people to keep and bear arms" There is now, and has always been only 1 interpretation of the definition of "the people", and that is EVERYONE.

  • @promontorium i agree with the amendment applying to everyone, i already conceded that, what i don't agree with is the premise.

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state." I don't think that guns protect freedom at all. Guns are an effective tool, yes, but if a state really sought to undermine freedom, any action you take against it would be illegal anyway.

I'm not trying to outlaw guns outright, i just don't think they deserve a place in the bill of rights.

  • @webmaster2089 There was never a time in history when every man "needed" to walk around with a gun on his hip. This idea that an "era" of guns has passed into antiquity completely ignores that guns weren't anymore carried all day by citizens 250 years ago as they are today. People think times have changed the necessity for guns.Nothing has changed. Guns have always been to kill. The bill of rights aren't debates of practicality, but statements of supreme rights. Opinion is irrelevant.

  • @promontorium ok, for one the constitution was amendable for a reason (we are talking about an AMENDMENT here after all) so supreme rights is a little strong. i have huge respect for the founders and the constitution but they were by no means infallible. if something needs to be changed, it should be changed.

secondly, if you're going to argue that times haven't changed, then i'm going to argue that, in that case, the second amendment shouldn't have existed even back then.

  • @promontorium BRAVO!

  • They want their constitutional rights preserved.

Do you care about the constitution?

  • I wonder why you would wonder of something like that. Why would anyone bring something like that up? I always found questioning the manhood of someone very strange.

  • RIght. What a stupid comment. Beacuse we all know carrying a gun makes girls love you. Idiot. These guys are doing a legal activity. This clip is a little corney but your comment is way off base.

  • He didn't necessarily have one in the chamber, that is just the standard way of stating round capacity. So, seven plus one in the chamber means that the firearm can hold eight rounds.

  • sorry i didnt see the responses below.

  • open carry in PA is legal.

Use your rights or you will lose them!!

  • Why is dude at 1:20-1:25 trying to look as though he might be a cop? there's a rather large Key chain hanging from a loop, and a symbol on his plain shirt that maybe construed by the passerbye in a car as a sheild. then, kacky shorts? If I carried open (which isn't legal to do in PA) the last thing I would do is try to look like I am impersonating a cop? anyways, nice videos (I have seen most)here in PA all firearms must be concealed. (which sux)

  • ditto

  • ronaldrabbit28

It IS LEGAL to open carry in PA. I don't know where you got your information.

Google open carry and go to the open carry organization website.

  • man,

I never knew that,I always was told we had to conceal the firearm to wear it?(I got the information from my dad) that's where I got it, I never thought to google it (I'll have to try it) I have NEVER seen anyone in PA open carry, except during hunting season. (and I have lived here almost all of my life, excluding 2 years I served in the military)thank you, I'll check into it

  • I agree, that guy should have thought twice about what shirt he wore that day. But look at him! He probably didn't bother looking in the mirror. LOL

  • That's it. I'm moving to New Hampshire. I'm tired of Kansas' gun restrictions. We're getting better, but still.

  • I can hear the freaks calling 911 now "Ohh my god there are people with GUNS on their belts. AND there picking up litter! How can they be naughty AND nice? IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!"

  • hell ya lol heart warming

  • This warms my heart.

  • i love these adds so much i want to visit their sites... lol

  • Raging projection right here. lol.

  • Private individuals with that attitude I don't mind, because they are fully responsible for their actions.

Police with that attitude, however, are very dangerous because they have occupational immunity. That's why drug-thugs get away with murder every day.

  • "fucking assholes" like you call these guys, aren't the the people to be scared of. Since they in turn fear God and a period in jail.

It's the people that fear no god and/or earthly justice you must be scared of.

  • I see bongs in the back @3:05

The kid in blue was the robber :P

During the gun law, or lack there of, explaination, he says "except(cut)..." what did he say?

  • it sounded like he was going to say except in your pocket... you can carry openly without a license, but it's not legal to carry concealed unless you have a license.

  • ty!

  • I see the variety shop is gun-friendly, immigrant-friendly, and behind Tony I see a nice selection of water pipes.

My God, I love New Hampshire :)

  • yeah, I was a bit suprised seeing the pipes. Where I'm from (OH), you can't even sell papers.

  • what part of ohio are u talkin about. i can go to the tobacco store and get screens, papers, pipes, water pipes etc etc etc and this is in Columbus. and dont even mention "waterbeds n stuff". on osu campus there is a head shop at 13th n high

  • Stow, north of Akron. It's a city ban. But the point is I've never seen "pipes" for sale outside of a head shop. I have to travel to Kent to get anything.

  • "No age limit" for a NH pistol license? Also, open carry in a vehicle requires a pistol license. You might want to add a disclaimer, so that no one gets in trouble using this video is a substitute for taking time to learn the law.

  • Yes, there is legally no age requirement in order to obtain a NH pistol permit. In fact, there have been cases where 16 year old residents have obtained them. And the gentleman in the video did in fact mention that open carry was illegal in a vehicle without a license, however, that part was edited out for whatever reason. If you rewatch it, you can hear the point where it is edited out.

"on your person, loaded without a license, except in your...."
