Theory: Scottish John seems to be a Scottish Foreigner obviously he is from Scottland why would John own his own LPG Gas company isn't that kinda supporting diesels and as Andy Diesel Quoted in Thomas' Dream "He looks just like you!" John has Alot of things in common with Thomas and Why would an engine show up out of nowhere from Scotland maybe hes the Mad Bomber Hired by The Grand Designer or Andy...
