Do you have a heart? there are still people that work for the company working there, Some that were even your friends at one point in time. They have a heart for what you are going through they pray for you and your family and all you can do is try to make their life miserable!!!! @rocktheplace45 ..... the "scabs" are from the United States! its not like Borax hired illegals to work there..... And from my research I have discovered that one of the main problems was that people were getting hurt due to the fact that the night crew (the most dangerious crew) was made up of mostly people that had less that 4 years of being there...... the company wanted to make it safer for everyone and because "you did your time" on the night shift you are to good to work it again?

@rocktheplace45 I understand that I dont know everything that is going on there and all the ins and outs of the contract but I do know that Unions were formed to help protect the workers from being mistreated by the company..... not to rule over the company!

If you guys were truely good people (I know that there are some good people doing the right thing and not involving themselves in the nonsense going on there) you would wait out this lock out and try to be active in the community- get a part time job and do what needs to be done to help your family!

@rocktheplace45 borax knows that most of you (mostly talking about the people that have gave their blood, sweet, and tears for the company/union)are great workers and when this all calms down I am sure you will be offered your job back. In this video I mostly see young people that got lucky in the first place for getting the job at borax.... please remember that there are good people on that bus that is just doing what they have to do for their families....

Now you own California? Dumb asses. You have to stand out there because no one else would hirle you. Lunch room.....pillows ducked taped your benches so you could sleep.....not to mention the other places you had in the plant to sleep while you were being paid to work. When you do go back, things are going to change. Your chopper bikes are gone. You should be putting your effort into working and not sleeping or yelling at people when you can't keep your job.

When those people go through that line. you say "Thank you for keeping my job." Asshole.n I can only hope they fire your ass and hire someone that wants to work.
