Really informative video. I'm curious, does the rubber band opstruct the control panel on the back of the flash? Would it even matter?

I'm looking into buying my first SpeedLight (580ex) and all I know is that I want off camera capability but I have still can't decide between the off camera shoe cord OC-E3, a set of pocket wizards or a these Radio Poppers. RadioPoppers look cool but then I would need 2 flashes right? Do I really need ETTL?

Have you noticed any cahnges in XMT behaviour with the 90 degree elbow on the antenna?

(Seeing that adding the antenna lengthens the overall length and modifies it's characteristics)
