Naive sheep believed everything they were told, now they realize they were screwed and don't even have the balls to revolt, you all deserve to be debt slaves.
I highly doubt you have a masters. Unemployment is only 9.1% of the nations population. Anyone with a masters should be doing well above average in society.
@DarkosApprentice I do have a Masters. I'm pretty sure I would know I have one, considering I spent two years in graduate school, did a thesis and graduated. People with degrees find they are often overqualified for many of the jobs.
the republicans are glad to hear that all you kids are giving up on college. just what they wanted! a nation of uneducated slaves who don't have the ability to create their own jobs or think for themselves enough to take back the country their forefathers bled for. the funny thing about education is, you don't know you need it until you have it!
deep in shit.. and they still bought Apple macbook!! just buy cheap laptop you bastard. thats why i dont feel sorry for them. Not to mention many of them carrying an iphone in their pocket
Who the hell just keeps borrowing money like that. Over 50,00 and 100,000. I hate how people blame everyone but themselves. Why do you continue to borrow that much money at such a young age? it just doesn't make any sense. I also blame government for making EVERYONE go into college. We have too many useless and dumbass people in college. Socialism sucks
New college grads are supposed to be the next homeowners by becoming first-time buyers. But how could they afford a mortgage when they are already deep into tens of thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) debts? Real-estate trouble will become worst and deregulation of education will be the last shovelful of the US economy grave.
How our debt and career will choose who we marry. How maddening. The system is obviously rigged in favor of the economic elite who use wall street to control the economy. The market is not the law of heaven, humans make the law of heaven.
ANTI-U.S. Gov FRAUD "RT news channel" - RT is the biggest FRAUD I've EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE - full of FRAUD people like Alex Jones Gerald Cilente and Jessie Ventura - ALL FRAUDS to get rich off that gold and silver SCAM and trying to break our country apart - FUCK THEM they should be HANGED after bin laden's capture and kliling...but of course all you MF***ers will say is it's either a FAKE picture or 9-11 was an inside job- always something STUPID AS FUCK ! No wonder you're watching Russia Today
That's not an overstatement either. I saw one ad for a custodian position, and you know what they wanted? An associates degree. I shit you not. This job has traditionally been one of those you learn on the job.... what changed? Oh, that's right, these scumbags are playing into the supply and demand game that will come back to haunt them. If more students default, especially on>> FEDERALLY<< back loans, we are in trouble. The union is the least of our worries.
@XXsubzeroXX666 Geez! Are you serious? That is scary!!! Used to be if you couldn't do anything else you could always push a broom....not anymore I suppose!!!
As far as defaulting on student loans they can 'default' all they like but they can't get rid of 'em thru bankruptcy as far as I know. We're still paying off my wife's college loans from 20 years ago!!!
The debt when George W. Bush took office was $5.727 Trillion when he left it was $10.627. The debt/GDP increased by 27.1% in eight years of office (It was 83.4% when he left office).
.
Obama claims that his spending is reasonable better than Reagan. He proposed 3.7 Trillion with a deficit of 1.4 Trillion for 2011. Currently based on usdebtclock org, the debt/GDP is 97.2%. Obama in two years of office increased the debt/GDP by 13.8%.
@avataz No need to swear douche, college students need the bankruptcy law. This was never about bums.
It isn't peoples fault they are unemployed, you're just an ignorant fool. Think you can control wall street and employment. Think again, you're not part of the elite class. FOOL.
I'm Aussie, I just started university and it burnt a $3000 hole in my pocket. Now my bank balance is down to something like $500 but still have to pay rent and everything. It really is hard, but one thing I vowed to do was never to go into debt for anything except a home.

Way too many people bought into the higher education scam. For generations children were taught the myth that going to college will guarantee your employment dreams. However, college is merely a supplemental part of the equation at best. At least Bill Gates, Michael Dell, and the hideously wealthy and prosperous knew when to move on and move forward. Steering clear of liberal arts degrees helps too.
@madhatter0110 Absolutely, I started a business half way through my college degree. I got the degree and spent ten years paying it off with the higher income I earned with my business ! To this day All I have to show for my college education is a piece of paper on the wall and a$35,000 bill paid off both sharing the same frame.
Since then I have bought and sold five businesses and am far better off financially than any of my college buddies !
@1XMarksSpot Raking in $50k a year when paying tens of thousands a year for a degree along with the money you could have made in those four years isn't at all a wise investment. It will take you at least 20 years to recoup the four years of lost earnings, the costs for education, and any interest for funds borrowed. Then there's the deprogramming that must take place in order to be purged from the reality disconnect that academia teaches and then be of some use to most employers.
@imhotep1 Those such as Gates and Dell who came from upper class families may have had some advantages but access to capital was not one which was utilized. Just like John Schnatter (Papa John's Pizza) and others who dropped out of college, most were middle or working class and all of them including the upper class used their own skills and money to develop their businesses.
@madhatter0110 i agree... canada and europe has a better college education program in most programs you must intern or coop before you can even have the degree.... canada and europe also are much more technical training and trade oriented... even in india liberal arts degrees are job oriented for example a degree in psychology leads to being an industrial/organizational psychologist (hr/pr) job meaning you would have to take business courses like accounting in addition to psychology.
@quackbeef Actually we do not agree. My statements were making a case that college is not the road to a career--no matter what part of the world one resides. College is by far and wide the biggest waste of money and rarely does it ever adequately prepare a person for their career. The idea that higher education is the road to a good living is the second biggest myth ever pawned off on to the people of this planet...the biggest being that money is worth more than the paper it's printed on.
Good point, getting the college degree does not mean that you are going to be successful in life. I am not against anybody getting their college degree, the problem is that college professor won't teach you anything that is needed to succeed in life once you graduated from college. Look at Normal Rockwell, Thomas Edison and Grandma Moses for example, none of them went to college nor got their high school dipoma and yet, they manage to succeed in life.
LOL @ Kids blaming others for their education debts. Don't waste your time in College and then blame others for your bad choices idiots. Anyone with a brain would know better than to go to college and incur tens of thousands of dollars in debt when the worlds economy is in shambles ! On second thought maybe more education is exactly what ignorant little piss ants like you need !
@kingmafi6699 This is why you Europeons are in far more trouble. You think your entitled to everything being handed to you. I'll bet you were one of the rioters who tore your cities apart when the Govt. said no more freebies on education and you all acted like little babies throwing temper tantrums. If you or any body here wants a higher education they should pay for it since as our new economic reality points out, it isn't needed and in fact can be worthless. Kind of like Europeons !
A) I'm not European and B) Europe is not trillions of dollars in the red.
Kids should not be in debt and exploited by insurance companies like this. Kids who are bankrupt will lead to an entire nation in bankrupt.
The economic reality of what? Of the capitalist? The people that touted free enterprize but got bailout out by the public? It's a way corporations can turn knowledge into a money making machine off the backs of parents and young people.
@kingmafi6699 FYI Germany has bailed out the rest of Europe. It's not just the US that bailouts occurred. The only difference between how the US got into its debt mess and how Europe got into theirs is that the US debt is mostly defense and entitlements. Europe's is almost entirely due to entitlements. Capitalism > Socialism.
@shanepaulcoward The problem is no good jobs. The way the USA F'd up was by exporting millions of jobs overseas. We have the capacity, people, and skills to make our own stuff, do our own stuff. ALWAYS HAVE. US has the ability to squeeze the balls of any US-based company the way China squeeze the balls of its own companies. I read some company threatened to move overseas if more regulations put in place! US could easily pass a law that castrates and teaches the unpatriotic traitors a lesson.
End the FED! END the money printing mechanism! STOP THE INFLATION TAX! The dollar is worth crap now, thanks bernanke, geitner, alangreenspan! Ron Paul for PRESIDENT 2012!
Repeatedly, they demonize academia in the media. We are still waiting for Bush’s tax cuts for the rich, and Reagan’s trickle down plan to work. Yea right, as if they are going to hire more people. When the revolution comes, the haughty and those responsible for the nation’s collapse best beware.
This report shows us exactly why the US is ripe for its own revolution. We are sick of how the greedy, uneducated, and charlatans have run this country into the ground. We have observed one massive corporate failure after another destroying our nation. In spite of everything, they pompously lecture us about their successes and experience.
@Nieves57 I think you nailed it on the head. There is a lot of propaganda used to distract people to. It's always one party saying we should blame the other party, and vice-versa. So people just assume "Bush did it" or "It's all Clinton's fault" or "Obama screwed us". In many ways this is true and in many ways, not the whole truth. A lot of people buy into that crap and it's get yanked around like a yo-yo.
If you are ready to borrow $50K - $100K to get a degree in art, film, dance, theater, history, English, journalism, or communications, then there are plenty of colleges and universities ready to encourage you and to take your money. Before you borrow $50-$100K spend just one or two days browsing the job boards. Don't think about what you *want* to do for a living. Instead, think about what jobs are are actually in demand. That is how to choose a college major!
The U.S. government needs to dissolve all student loan debt going back to 1995. Naturally, debt slavery is intentional to keep us under the thumb of the private central banks. It is a carrot and stick game that keeps everyone marching toward complete neo-feudalism. American students are pussies compared to their European and Middle Eastern counterparts. When will the riots begin?
I just wonder how many high school student that graduated from college and they know the economy is going downhill are enrolling into college? The system was designed this way to bring down college students and take away the wealth from the younger generation so they won't be able to save this country. People better remember that the generation that is going to save this country is my generation and that's the generation has to stop if they want to put an end to this country.
The new world order knows that we are not afraid of them and that we have a no holds bar attitude going against them. The new world order is afraid of us gaining knowledge and using it to take this country back. This is why the nwo made us the drug culture and parties combined with dumbing down with the system as a whole. The nwo needs us to be in debt while the economy is in bad shape so we won't be able to fight back financially.
It's hilarious that everyone still believes debt to be a common, acceptable thing in society. Few people stop and think about the inherent inequality of the system they now serve.
so here's an idea!
Don't pay it back. This system doesn't give a shit about you anyways.
Help contribute to the collapse by bankrupting the system and resisting the parasites.
Any kikes on here need help packing your trunks for Israel? I'm available and willing to stuff you in on top of your heeb rags, shut the lid and lock you in, then stamp it with "To Israhell - ONE WAY!"
Degrees in worthlessness; Gerald Celente was right, go check him out, so far he's been predicting trends at least 6 months ahead of anyone else noticing.
These foolish children don't understand that debt is slavery, and that Return on Investment MUST be factored in when taking on debt for an education. Higher education for the intrinsic value of that education is reserved for the truly wealthy. The rest of us slobs have to work.
I graduated in 2002 and have still not found a permanent job...Thousands of teacher lay-offs, and massive student loans to pay off....what an american dream.....the fed has killed the economy again...and the sleeping citizenry do nothing....hope I win the lottery!!!
Look at the commercial lead in to this video and what do you see? Two kikes - Lewis and Odonnell - both of which changed their kike names to Gentile ones in order to deceive and subterfuge you. Look at both of them - disgusting, perverted, jew slobs
Let me explain something to you dumbass turds - a kike is not a human being. A kike is an insect, a parasite, it feeds off a host nation until it has sucked the life out of it and then leaves the dying corpse to rot in the sun.
@eidolonoflogic that was just one example...a physician is also a great career choice... i completed undergraduate in 2009 and too many students that i went to college with chose the easier degrees so they can get drunk and high day and night...most of them do not have jobs as a result....whereas the students who had more challenging majors and dedicated themselves to their studies had no problem finding opportunities after graduation...
Intel processors are ALL made in Israel and that's why Microsoft (kikes) makes its' code only able to run properly on Intel processors. DELL and all the other computer manufacturers are kikes or kike run. Citing Gates as a success story only points out kikes skew everything in their own favor.
Many kids these days think that college guarantees you a good paying job. It doesn't. Most graduates are looking for employment, which is a effected by supply & demand unless it's government. Unfortunately Americans don't know how to save money, & addicted to debt. Borrowing against future income that may never happen. Job skill is just as important as well. Learn the trade through apprenticeship, save your money, pay upfront, if future income ain't there, well at least debt-free.
if you graduate with an analytical degree, you won't have any problem finding a job...too many students are taking the easy way out of college by majoring in sociology, psychology, business administration, etc...these jobs do not pay!!...do your research before dropping all this money on tuition!!!!! its no one's fault but your own!!!
@imprezaiona So... we should all be analysts of a sort? I guess we don't need a good supply of vital professions like physicians, huh? Like Max Wolff said in this segment, "You want to help children as a physician? Good luck with your $400,000 in debt." Basically, your solution is "Fuck 'em," right?
@GatheringSticks And Israel has not suffered one ioata from all of the failing. And do you know why? Because every cent of your tax dollars first floats through some filthy bagel snarfing kike's filthy hairy palmed hands!
It’s a misnomer that inflation helps people pay down debt faster. Sure it helps with fixed debt payments, but when the price of everything else is rising it’s beyond a wash. Also compounding the problem is salary growth has been stale for ten years.
As long as Americans have a taste for shit they don’t need this country is sunk.
@jahlyric it is true that Education is the best investment but an American education is the worst investment. An American college degree is designed to enslave you with debt and keep you in there forever. Why can't America pay for its education like the way Europeans do. Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and Steve Jobs all figured out so early how a scam college had become and decided to use their real world skills and now Look at them, they own the world.
@110301839 Wrong! Gates, Jobs and Zuckerberg are well connected KIKES! Always have been always will be. You're just a dumb Goy slob that the KIKES don't even think is fit to wipe the likes of kikes shoes. Gates and Jobs and Zuckerberg are not only KIKES but the HIGHLY CRIMINAL type KIKE that thieves its way to the top. Ask IBM what kind of kike Gates is and if they were honest they'd tell you that all kikes are criminal scum.
@Vox863 That's what life is all about, if you think that in order to become successful, you have to do everything morally right, then ur ass will die a broke person. You think all successful people got their success the right way, no, sometimes you have cheat your way to success, if you don't, then too bad coz the smart people who know how the game of life is played will get there first and take all the goodies of success and your ass will be broke on the street begging for 50 cents.
@Vox863 people like you are brain dead coz u think just because u went to college and majored in sociology, post feminism studies or some crap like that you should be able to present your worthless piece of toilet paper called a degree and boom make millions of dollars. Have ur head examined, it's called the game of life, only a select few people with street smarts can make it in life. It's called survival for the fittest, the weak animals die and the strong ones survival.
@110301839 I went to college to get a business degree and an IT degree and ended up with two worthless pieces of paper and a bunch of coursework studying some pathetic myths about the "poor fucking kikes got their asses kicked" because A) They robbed the shit out of the Germans until the Germans fought back B) Because the kikes are fucking yellow and pissed their kike pants when the Germans fought back and cried until American farm boys died so the fucking kikes could steal Palestine
@DivineInterceptor That's incorrect. The knowledge you get shapes you as a person, even if you never use your major. If everything collapse you have your education. Materials things can be taken away from you knowledge can not. college is not just about your major it's more than that. critical thinking, working with people, looking at the the place you live in and the world around you. Education develops the mind.
@jahlyric Yes, it does develop the mind. No question about that. But tell me one thing. Imagine you have a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Or in Biochemistry. Does it give you the same "critical thinking" capability as, let's say, degree in Commerce or Music? I am asking this because there is way too many "ultra-narrow" professions that do not have a sufficient degree of flexibility and applicability outside the immediate field of use.
WHEN AMERICA ALLOWED THE FACTORIES TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY THIS WAS THE FINAL NAIL IN THE COFFIN OF AMERICAN WORKERS. IT LINED THE POCKETS OF THE RICH BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OVERSEAS SLAVE LABOR BUT IT SCREWED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. AMERICA COULD EDUCATE IT'S COLLEGE STUDENTS TUITION FREE IF IT HAD THE POLITICAL WILL TO DO SO. THESE YOUNG PEOPLE ARE THE FUTURE OF ANERICA. TO SHORT CHANGE AND EXPLOIT THEM IS REALLY SCREWING WITH AMERICA'S FUTURE. REQUIRE THE BANKSTERS TO FORGIVE THEIR COLLEGE LOANS.
@veniceit1 America is done, it's gone. There's no way this generation is going to be able to compete with kids from other countries with all this debt. To make it worse, the skilled immigrants and even the foreigners educated here in America are leaving because of the wack immigration system. If the bankers forgive the college debt, then the American dollar loses value and it fuels hyper inflation. There's nothing they can do but to pay off the debt. Nothing is for free in this world.
Not only do you get a worthless "jewed up" degree, you're loaded up with mandatory "Boo F*n Hoo" BS Holyhoax courses and a host of White Guilt classes. F*k the jewed up University and College system in America, it's a waste of F*n time!
Students, don't ever consider make a single payment on your loan, if you and the next generation don't prosper the nation wont, Washington know this but the panels on Capitol Hill and their club members come first.
Seems like the USA needs a revolution against one party dictatorship by the RDP(Republican Democrat Party). Has anyone started a Facebook page for a "Day of Rage" yet?
1. The companies selling the debts didn't keep those debts. They collected their fees and THEN the debts were bundled, sold to Wall Street and then sold as investments to pension funds.
@CanterburyCat Like Galton Darwin said ''They are creating a new sophisticated form of slavery''. Its an ancient game.People only wake up when it affects them.
Chugheads. com posted your video on their college party social network- being viewed by thousands of students- recommended by friends. “Celebrating the wildest college moments in your life."
Chugheads. com is the most demanded site for students posting uninhibited wild topics- forbidden for little brats and mom and pops to handle on Youtube or Facebook. Our Universities are as bad as Unions. They rip off the students because they have no limits on raising their own pay and tuition. We need laws controlling professors pay. Most of these professors are teaching anti American and pro Communist propaganda.
@Walhei960 As the daughter of a college professor, I have been surrounded by academics my entire life, and, let me tell you, they're not making a killing. At the Ph.D, full professor level (25 years in academia), my dad was making $60k, and, although that's not a bad salary by any stretch, it's about what one expects to make with multiple graduate degrees. Your comment is just a load of buzzwords strung together: 'Unions, rip off, anti-American, Communist.' You're not saying anything at all.
@EnlightenedChordate There are always exceptions. I speak to those in California schools. Eighty and ninety thousand plus very liberal benefits and retirement. They don't teach much either. So don't take everything you hear personally. I can't speak to specific people. I do know tuition's keep going up. Why? Most of that is salaries. There is no limitations, they just charge what they want to.
The USSA Government hijacked the student loan industry and now your children can only be indebted to the lovely USSA Government; not those EVIL banks. Wake up people! The US nationalized the studen loan industry so your children can be debt slaves to Uncle Sam. Good luck finding a job no matter what degree you have. One college grad I worked with at a restaurant told me America was doing great because she believed all the products in Walmart were US made because they were sold in the US.
The main problem? Too many want to the chief not enough want to be the Indians. How many chief to they need? One. How many Indians do they need? Many more than one. So you need to know how to be your own chief ....... and your own Indians too. So create a job for yourslef. lol
This is on of the most conscious and intelligent statements I've read all week, thank you. Indeed we need innovation and entrepreneurial spirits. Being a member of this generation Y i can see from my peers that the public education system has failed them and they lack a critically thinking mind. They are damaged goods and the economic environment is no longer conducive to creating a job for oneself when mom and pop small industry is utterly crushed by corporate lobbies.
@DuncanL7979 What we need is a FINAL SOLUTION TO THE KIKE QUESTION! Kikes have f*ked up EVERY aspect of American life. From the Media to the Courts and Justice System to Congress/Senate and the military and the education system - it's all kike controlled.
Ingenuity also a major requirement, as is patience and yes accepting a lessor job sometimes, this is capitalism based slightly on hype, you have to be careful.
I got a lot of ridicule cuz it took me 12 years to get my two degrees and I did it all debt free. I never imagined really I'd get a job from them. I was just studying things which interested me. I saw a lot of American friends "going back to school" ten years ago and I though, uh oh. I got an MBA in 1989 and actually had to keep that off my CV to get some work. "overqualified" I was recently a prof in France and suggested to the students they drop out. This did not go over well!
@slobomotion sad but I'm telling young people to forget about college if they have a money making idea and I'm telling ALL YOUNG PEOPLE to get food stamps, energy assistance, milk every drop of unemployment, any benefit they can find because we already spent their future. "You are coming into the ethical void inspired by a rapistic system: what do ethics dictate now?" I posit "survival".
@oyate1960 I sold my body to pay for school, and took a lot of crap for that. (Also, worked 9 to 5 jobs.) I figured that this was better, I'd be debt free, my parents refused to pay for my school even though I was an honors student (they paid for my brother, a boy more important) and I figured I would be better off having money I could send to my family, to buy a home and all. I just feared debt, the shame and the pressure. I liked doing sex work, too, I found it very liberating.
@oyate1960 I've been telling Americans for years, especially the young, to get their passports in order and get another citizenship. Many countries allow dual citizenships, if they really still want to stay American. Everyone needs an exit strategy and enough money to live on for about a year in the US and about 3 years abroad. I never could take Welfare, but that was just me. I did qualify for it once. I grabbed the first job I could get, well below a living wage.
This report is sad, but in generally such situation is not surprised because economy of USA is post-industrilale and part of industry in gross domestic product constantly decreases. Part of human servises is about 80 % of GDP of USA ( or even more). And human servises and small busines don't need many well-educated people. USA should return its industry back - then people with PhDs will have more chances no to be janitors...
What is interesting is how gambling addiction has become not only morally acceptable in deeply self righteous religious cultures but the strength & support for this addiction that has driven it to become the largest controlling industry in the world. Not only have gamblers leveraged the real economy into a fantasy virtual economy, they actually believe it is right and proper, as any addict would to go and ask for more support for the or addiction in the form of bail outs.
Now this type of addiction in the money markets is pretty plane to see, thing is they have already began applying the same kind of leveraging to all walks of life, research, education, the prison system, food, fuel & so on.
Point being if I have a hair cut for sale at $10 and someone comes along buys it then sells 100 options on it they have made $990 profit, then in turn it is sold to someone who leverages it again buy selling a further 100 options, and so it goes on...
i laugh at all the assholes that bought into the whole college route

Way too many people bought into the higher education scam. For generations children were taught the myth that going to college will guarantee your employment dreams. However, college is merely a supplemental part of the equation at best. At least Bill Gates, Michael Dell, and the hideously wealthy and prosperous knew when to move on and move forward. Steering clear of liberal arts degrees helps too.
madhatter0110 1 year ago 19
@madhatter0110 Absolutely, I started a business half way through my college degree. I got the degree and spent ten years paying it off with the higher income I earned with my business ! To this day All I have to show for my college education is a piece of paper on the wall and a$35,000 bill paid off both sharing the same frame.
Since then I have bought and sold five businesses and am far better off financially than any of my college buddies !

@madhatter0110 I actually have a liberal arts degree and I'm raking in 50k a year.
1XMarksSpot 11 months ago
@1XMarksSpot Raking in $50k a year when paying tens of thousands a year for a degree along with the money you could have made in those four years isn't at all a wise investment. It will take you at least 20 years to recoup the four years of lost earnings, the costs for education, and any interest for funds borrowed. Then there's the deprogramming that must take place in order to be purged from the reality disconnect that academia teaches and then be of some use to most employers.
madhatter0110 11 months ago
@madhatter0110 LOL my college debt was around $20k. So it wasn't bad and I've already paid it off.
1XMarksSpot 11 months ago
@madhatter0110 Bill Gates and Michael Dell came from upperclass families. They were better off than your average student from a middle class family.
imhotep1 9 months ago
@imhotep1 Those such as Gates and Dell who came from upper class families may have had some advantages but access to capital was not one which was utilized. Just like John Schnatter (Papa John's Pizza) and others who dropped out of college, most were middle or working class and all of them including the upper class used their own skills and money to develop their businesses.
madhatter0110 8 months ago
@madhatter0110 i agree... canada and europe has a better college education program in most programs you must intern or coop before you can even have the degree.... canada and europe also are much more technical training and trade oriented... even in india liberal arts degrees are job oriented for example a degree in psychology leads to being an industrial/organizational psychologist (hr/pr) job meaning you would have to take business courses like accounting in addition to psychology.
quackbeef 8 months ago
@quackbeef Actually we do not agree. My statements were making a case that college is not the road to a career--no matter what part of the world one resides. College is by far and wide the biggest waste of money and rarely does it ever adequately prepare a person for their career. The idea that higher education is the road to a good living is the second biggest myth ever pawned off on to the people of this planet...the biggest being that money is worth more than the paper it's printed on.
madhatter0110 8 months ago
@madhatter0110

If you or any body here wants a higher education they should pay for it since as our new economic reality points out, it isn't needed and in fact can be worthless. Kind of like Europeons !
hobo59 1 year ago
A) I'm not European and B) Europe is not trillions of dollars in the red.
Kids should not be in debt and exploited by insurance companies like this. Kids who are bankrupt will lead to an entire nation in bankrupt.
The economic reality of what? Of the capitalist? The people that touted free enterprize but got bailout out by the public? It's a way corporations can turn knowledge into a money making machine off the backs of parents and young people.
kingmafi6699 1 year ago
@kingmafi6699 FYI Germany has bailed out the rest of Europe. It's not just the US that bailouts occurred. The only difference between how the US got into its debt mess and how Europe got into theirs is that the US debt is mostly defense and entitlements. Europe's is almost entirely due to entitlements. Capitalism > Socialism.

Education develops the mind.

I grabbed the first job I could get, well below a living wage.

what happens to them and their debt if interest rates rise due to the economic crisis?
