the problem is that it is hard to make an ending to the film. You cant have lets say the good wins over the bad so its hard to make into a film. However i think i have a solution to that. Let say you do a warhammer movie and you get to follow diffrent heroes. For instance Archaon the Everchosen from warriors of chaos. You can make a movie where you follow him from a regular soldier into becoming who he is now. But you cant make a movie like lord of the rings.

BTW Grimgor didnt kill the Everchosen.. He HEADBUTTED him. After going helmet to skull with grimgor Archaon fell down but wasnt dead. Grimgor proved that he was stronger and then took all his boys and ran back to the badlands while The Everchosen and the hordes retreated back to the north. Meanwhile The Von Carstiens took there places and could have overrun the Empire but were talked out of it somehow.

No offense or anything, but it' wierd though how the greenskin seem to never be "corrupted" by the chaos Gods. Of course it might have something to do with the fact, that they believe that ranged attacks and magic is for the weak, and that the only ture warriors are melee fighters.
