Its happen to my and my gf, where I thought she was getting attracted to someone else turns out she was just being freindly. Wall-E and Eve are both new to well love so it makes sense that they would make mistakes. (out of type)
what if eve goes to see wall-e to go back together but wall-e was mad at eve for cheating on him and want a sorry but eve does not want to say sorry but trys to some how spy on dave (i think his name is) and then finds out that dave is working for auto and tells wall-e that dave is working for auto and then says sorry then the reject bot come to help eve and wall-e to stop dave and auto then dave became good but dave and eve just wanted to bee friends then wall-e and eve have a child a boy
the thing is, auto wasnt really evil, he was programmed and had a directive to protect humans, like an overbearing parent. . but wouldnt it kind of go againster eves character, she is meant to be loyal and independant not some fickle priss who goes around cheating on wall.e, and the fact is wall.e and eves love was meant to be pure and innocent and tossing cheating in would make it over the top.
You know, i would really really really love to see a Wall-E-2, Wall-E IS my most favourite 3d cartoon ever, it got so much that even reallife movies don't.
HOWEVER i am pretty sure,no matter how much i would love it right now, i'm sure ANY kind of wall-e-2 would suck.
There are so many ideas you could do with the old characters and possibly new characters, but still, it feels like it should remain a single Movie. But maybe, use some of the ideas and make another complete new movie
I would say that you shoud make Auto's plan to make eve evil to destroy wall-e and at the end Auto shocks eve like wall-e in the first movie and the Automater relizes that auto is evil and stops auto.

In order to get back to their own universe they must be back on earth and at the site of wall-e restoration to life in the first film at the very same time. I think I find myself in the borderline of agreeing and disagreeing about a future sequel. I love Wall-E and I would hate to see Wall-E go downhill if the sequel fails to deliver like the 1st. Many great movies have been destroyed by their sequels (Transformers?) IMO. However, being a PIXAR (all PIXAR films are masterpieces) film, I think a sequel might not be such a bad idea.

Another problem is that Auto wasn't actually a bad guy, he was just following directives given to him by the CEO of BnL. It may be hard to find another antagonist, but Auto isn't really bad.
Yes, but he's a computer, he's programmed to do that. I still think it's a good idea, but we would need a new storyline. Also, you need to get more views to be taken seriously. If I help enough, which I want to since I actually want this to be reality, I may advertise using our clan, which is semi-popular.

Okay, a few problems with this, although it's a good idea, are it doesn't seem to involve humans in the main plot at all, which I believe is missing out on something, seeing as at least one human, the captain, was awesome. All this is happening without any humans who he's become friends with realizing? Also, Eve wouldn't leave Wall-e, but she may become friends and seem in love with automator (w/e).
This seems like a good idea. I used to think that Wall-e should not have a sequel, however, I think it's possible to make a good one now. Here's my 2 cents.
First of all, Auto was just turned off, so he can easily be brought back. Secondly, Wall-e would NEVER leave Eve. I think you can make it so Wall-e gets abducted, or kidnapped, and it SEEMS like he left, and Eve feels guilty and the rest can happen. I may post later with more ideas. I'll try to help make this a reality. I AM a machinimator.
I completely agree with you. At the end, I said that I wanted the public's ideas on what can be used to enhance the story. I also said that I would take in ALL ideas, as long as they would have, at the most, a PG rating. For the moment, I'm following Adu767's idea. You should read it. I will post some more info about the creation of a WALL-E-2 later on this month, probably next week. I will also release a video dedicated to WALL-E and EVE and a video relating to a new challenge on 4/27/09.
Well, to me... The first time, I saw Wall·E... I was absolutely in love with this film... And can't resist to watch it in the cinema again... Note that I've never step into the same movie again after I've watched it once. But I think and feel that it's best to let Wall·E to be a everlasting memory instead of possibly messing it up with another sequel. =)
no matter WHAT the circumstances are, EVE would never leave Wall-E, and Wall-E would never leave EVE.
Heres my idea:
The humans develop a new robot to help them with the reconstruction of earth. Specifically, it helps with farming and the general nurturing of plant life.
This robot will bear the name of DAVE.
Detailed
Analysis
Vegetation
Evaluator
His purpose, is to scan plants for diseases and deformities, and then cure them. (continued)
His appearance is to be similar to EVE's, but larger, possibly a slightly different head and torso structure, and possibly with different colored eyes.
Dave, like Eve, posesses the ability to fly in order to get around faster, and is actually physically stronger then Eve.
However, Dave does not have an Ion cannon like Eve's, because the humans realised that weaponry on a robot meant for gardening would be useless.
Complications set in once Dave realises hes attracted to Eve. (continued)
Dave trys to make his love for Eve known, but Eve rejects him multiple times. After all, Eve would never abandon Wall-E after the events of the last film (but Dave isnt aware of those events).
Dave gets frustrated and violently envious of Wall-E, and decides that he is more important then a trash compactor.
He decides to eliminate Wall-E so that Eve will be his. But in the attempt of doing so, Eve comes to Wall-Es aid and holds Dave at gunpoint (so to speak.)
Since Dave has no weaponry, he isnt in a position to do anything by force while Eve is around.
He decides to retreat and take refuge in the abandoned Axiom, where he stumbles upon Auto and reactivates him.
Auto hears Daves prediciment, and pretends to symphathise with him. In a clever plan to herd all of humanity back onto the Axiom, he agrees to "help" Dave by giving him weapons beyonds Eves.
But during the procedure, Auto secretely makes many replicas of Dave, all fully armed. (continued)
Dave points his other arm at Wall-E, and fires a shot.
Without having to think it over, Eve darts into the path of the shot and takes the hit.
Shes down, but not out. Her alloy is strong enough to take single blows. Dave is shocked, he never wanted to hurt Eve, and so he puts away his cannons and flees the scene.
But he doesnt get far, because he encounters the army that Auto constructed.
The army herds all the humans into on large mass outside the Axiom, with Eve, Dave, and Wall-E. (cont)
Dave, Eve and Wall-E decide to make a break for it, and fly above the army and storm into the Axiom.
There, they have to sneak/fight their way to Auto where they can then put him out of commission. But Auto isnt willing to go without a fight. Once on the bridge, there are several copied Dave units gaurding Auto. Dave fights a few off, but is overwhelmed. However, he buys enough time for Eve and Wall-E to shut down Auto, but Dave is critcally damaged in the process.
Wall-E extracts the memory chip from Dave and places it into one of the inactive Dave copies in order to save him.
Eve is grateful for Daves help, but she still doesnt love him like she love Wall-E.
Dave seems to accept this fact easier now, and on the way out of the Axiom he encounters a different EVE unit (with the same color eyes as his, perhaps?)
Please note that this is just a rough-draft of the possible main-plot. It would have to be heavily detailed with other added scenarios and heavy revision before i would even consider it worthy of being a sequel.

I think I find myself in the borderline of agreeing and disagreeing about a future sequel. I love Wall-E and I would hate to see Wall-E go downhill if the sequel fails to deliver like the 1st. Many great movies have been destroyed by their sequels (Transformers?) IMO. However, being a PIXAR (all PIXAR films are masterpieces) film, I think a sequel might not be such a bad idea.

Wow that was really cool i thought it would be a bad idea to make a sequel but after watching this i changed my mind....i dont really have a good idea but i think ur idea was really good i hope to here or watch more ideas of urs in the future.. GOOD LUCK!!

Thank you for your support. As of right now, I'm starting to move away from my original idea and I'm starting to follow Adu767's version of WALL-E-2. You should read it, it's actually really good.

Another problem is that Auto wasn't actually a bad guy, he was just following directives given to him by the CEO of BnL. It may be hard to find another antagonist, but Auto isn't really bad.

Yes, but he's a computer, he's programmed to do that. I still think it's a good idea, but we would need a new storyline. Also, you need to get more views to be taken seriously. If I help enough, which I want to since I actually want this to be reality, I may advertise using our clan, which is semi-popular.

Okay, a few problems with this, although it's a good idea, are it doesn't seem to involve humans in the main plot at all, which I believe is missing out on something, seeing as at least one human, the captain, was awesome. All this is happening without any humans who he's become friends with realizing? Also, Eve wouldn't leave Wall-e, but she may become friends and seem in love with automator (w/e).

This seems like a good idea. I used to think that Wall-e should not have a sequel, however, I think it's possible to make a good one now. Here's my 2 cents.
First of all, Auto was just turned off, so he can easily be brought back. Secondly, Wall-e would NEVER leave Eve. I think you can make it so Wall-e gets abducted, or kidnapped, and it SEEMS like he left, and Eve feels guilty and the rest can happen. I may post later with more ideas. I'll try to help make this a reality. I AM a machinimator.

I completely agree with you. At the end, I said that I wanted the public's ideas on what can be used to enhance the story. I also said that I would take in ALL ideas, as long as they would have, at the most, a PG rating. For the moment, I'm following Adu767's idea. You should read it. I will post some more info about the creation of a WALL-E-2 later on this month, probably next week. I will also release a video dedicated to WALL-E and EVE and a video relating to a new challenge on 4/27/09.

Well, to me... The first time, I saw Wall·E... I was absolutely in love with this film... And can't resist to watch it in the cinema again... Note that I've never step into the same movie again after I've watched it once. But I think and feel that it's best to let Wall·E to be a everlasting memory instead of possibly messing it up with another sequel. =)

Okay, i need to point some things out.
no matter WHAT the circumstances are, EVE would never leave Wall-E, and Wall-E would never leave EVE.
Heres my idea:
The humans develop a new robot to help them with the reconstruction of earth. Specifically, it helps with farming and the general nurturing of plant life.
This robot will bear the name of DAVE.
Detailed
Analysis
Vegetation
Evaluator
His purpose, is to scan plants for diseases and deformities, and then cure them. (continued)

His appearance is to be similar to EVE's, but larger, possibly a slightly different head and torso structure, and possibly with different colored eyes.
Dave, like Eve, posesses the ability to fly in order to get around faster, and is actually physically stronger then Eve.
However, Dave does not have an Ion cannon like Eve's, because the humans realised that weaponry on a robot meant for gardening would be useless.
Complications set in once Dave realises hes attracted to Eve. (continued)

Dave trys to make his love for Eve known, but Eve rejects him multiple times. After all, Eve would never abandon Wall-E after the events of the last film (but Dave isnt aware of those events).
Dave gets frustrated and violently envious of Wall-E, and decides that he is more important then a trash compactor.
He decides to eliminate Wall-E so that Eve will be his. But in the attempt of doing so, Eve comes to Wall-Es aid and holds Dave at gunpoint (so to speak.)

Since Dave has no weaponry, he isnt in a position to do anything by force while Eve is around.
He decides to retreat and take refuge in the abandoned Axiom, where he stumbles upon Auto and reactivates him.
Auto hears Daves prediciment, and pretends to symphathise with him. In a clever plan to herd all of humanity back onto the Axiom, he agrees to "help" Dave by giving him weapons beyonds Eves.
But during the procedure, Auto secretely makes many replicas of Dave, all fully armed. (continued)

Dave returns to settle the score, and encounters Eve and Wall-E together.
Eve makes it clear that she doesnt want Dave around, and in an attempt to intimidate she takes out her Ion cannon.
Dave takes this threat more seriously this time, and in response takes out his triple-mounted gatling cannon and points it at Eve.
Eve is quite surprised and doesnt know what to do, but shes confident Dave doesnt want to hurt her.
Dave turns his OTHER arm into a cannon symmetrical to the other one.

Dave points his other arm at Wall-E, and fires a shot.
Without having to think it over, Eve darts into the path of the shot and takes the hit.
Shes down, but not out. Her alloy is strong enough to take single blows. Dave is shocked, he never wanted to hurt Eve, and so he puts away his cannons and flees the scene.
But he doesnt get far, because he encounters the army that Auto constructed.
The army herds all the humans into on large mass outside the Axiom, with Eve, Dave, and Wall-E. (cont)

Dave, Eve and Wall-E decide to make a break for it, and fly above the army and storm into the Axiom.
There, they have to sneak/fight their way to Auto where they can then put him out of commission. But Auto isnt willing to go without a fight. Once on the bridge, there are several copied Dave units gaurding Auto. Dave fights a few off, but is overwhelmed. However, he buys enough time for Eve and Wall-E to shut down Auto, but Dave is critcally damaged in the process.

Wall-E extracts the memory chip from Dave and places it into one of the inactive Dave copies in order to save him.
Eve is grateful for Daves help, but she still doesnt love him like she love Wall-E.
Dave seems to accept this fact easier now, and on the way out of the Axiom he encounters a different EVE unit (with the same color eyes as his, perhaps?)
thats all my ideas for now.

Please note that this is just a rough-draft of the possible main-plot. It would have to be heavily detailed with other added scenarios and heavy revision before i would even consider it worthy of being a sequel.
But hey, anyone can brainstorm without a license.
