Although I think it's amazing that they've managed to make this, what makes Katamari truly engaging is the fact that you're able to take bigger and bigger objects, whereas Minecraft's world consists of equal-sized blocks.

I went straight in to a mountain and pretty much absorbed a few thousand blocks in seconds. That's the best way to level up. Plus you get uber combos because of the stone. Max combo was like 500.
