I'm a tall guy myself 6'6, after seeing how Dwight transformed his body i got into bodybuilding about 6 months ago, i am getting bigger (chest, back, biceps, legs) and stronger, i'm well conditioned have tons of energy, everyone should get into weight lifting, i know it's gonna sound cheesy but Dwight you were my inspiration.
He's got one of the best physique in the NBA. I havent rlly seen him out on the court working his game. I kno he probably does but Howard physically is already elite, plus his athleticism, he can be a beast on the court. He is the best defender and rebounder in the NBA today but only one problem for him, HE CANT SHOOT FOR SHIT. He isnt even that great in post moves. He's not gonna be able to dunk on the 310lb of yao, or the 320lb of shaq or even bynum. DH, practice your shot man.
even as a high schooler he had big deltoids (shoulder muscles) his build contributes to the overall look. karl malone had more muscle mass then dwight, but dwight looks way more imposing because of his frame. so for 99% of people, they can not look this good...which sucks for all of us lol

I'm a tall guy myself 6'6, after seeing how Dwight transformed his body i got into bodybuilding about 6 months ago, i am getting bigger (chest, back, biceps, legs) and stronger, i'm well conditioned have tons of energy, everyone should get into weight lifting, i know it's gonna sound cheesy but Dwight you were my inspiration.

He's got one of the best physique in the NBA. I havent rlly seen him out on the court working his game. I kno he probably does but Howard physically is already elite, plus his athleticism, he can be a beast on the court. He is the best defender and rebounder in the NBA today but only one problem for him, HE CANT SHOOT FOR SHIT. He isnt even that great in post moves. He's not gonna be able to dunk on the 310lb of yao, or the 320lb of shaq or even bynum. DH, practice your shot man.

even as a high schooler he had big deltoids (shoulder muscles) his build contributes to the overall look. karl malone had more muscle mass then dwight, but dwight looks way more imposing because of his frame. so for 99% of people, they can not look this good...which sucks for all of us lol
