2 how long can a movie be? because i wanna download a cinema length movie for my ds

The movie can be as big as you want as long as you have enough storage. A full movie usually takes 300-400mb iirc.

And the upside down thing, never happened to me but have heard it happen before, make sure you've updated to the newest version (1.71+1) and the right codecs installed on your comp. If you already do... I have no idea =/.

hmm it's been a while since I last used this lol, think the battery's about the same as when playing games. Yeah I used to watch videos on trains and stuff to and from (and during) school. The 3 inch screen isn't great for your eyes but at least it's a lot cheaper this way :P.

What do you use to compress the videos before turning them into DPG?I have an 8 minute WMV file that's around 46MB but my friend had a 22 minute video file at around the same size.I've used Movie Maker to compress the original video but dpgenc can't convert it and batchdpg produces a DPG file as big as before the compression

Try twiddling with the settings in Batch, I've never used it so I can't help you =/. DPGEXC should be able to convert any video you can play in WMP maybe you're missing a codec?

I check M3 Simply can run moonshell too. Download version 1.71 with DPGtools, cause the one that comes with the flash cart is outdated (and might not play some newer converted videos).

You need to use dpgENC (included in dpgtools) to convert media into .dpg format.
