The Casualties (but they are kind of pop punk thease days), the exploited, Ramones (punk/rock), Black Flag, Agnostic front, minor threat, sex pistols, Anti-Flag, Krum Bums, Warzone, The Decotchkas and NOFX. This is just a few examples of some famous punk bands, then there are like a million good less famous punk bands. If you listen to those songs with lyrics, you will see the different between Pop-punk and real punk. Cheers ;)
