yeah it's Okay if you just recite the first 10 or last 10.

The requirement is 3 consecutive verses from any place in the Quran.

Some scholars think that long verses like Ayat al Kursi is also enough for one Rakat. But many scholars say that 3 consecutive verses are necessary.

It's not the recitation of the verses that will protect you from the Dajjal, it is acting upon it . It's the last 10 verses of this and first 10 of Surat Al Baqara that is what you should act upon and believe in.

1. Praise be to Allah, Who hath sent to His Servant the Book, and hath allowed therein no Crookedness:

2. (He hath made it) Straight (and Clear) in order that He may warn (the godless) of a terrible Punishment from Him, and that He may give Glad Tidings to the Believers who work righteous deeds, that they shall have a goodly Reward,

Beware of 'al-masih ad-dajjal', he claims that he is so specials just like prophets or God or else...

he actually is a false 'comforter,prophet,messiah or the choosen or annointed one' of Allah[God]..

there are no more prophet after Muhammad [P.B.U.H] brought the new law to us..Quran is our final testament...

.. whoever follow the Quran and as-Sunnah shall be safe...

Ok. If thats in the bible, you should know that the bible has been edited many times, whereas the Qur'an hasn'nt. In our version, Isaa(a.s) also known as Jesus, says that there will be another one after him. It says that there will be another, and God will put his words in his mouth. Thats exactly what happened. The Angel jibraeel, aka gabreel, revealed gods words to Muhammad(s.a.w)
