The thing is it always fell on the same weekend as All State Orchestra before 2009. Since it didn't fall on the same weekend this past season and since we didn't have that many running in the state cross-country meet, we were able to do it. And most likely, we'll be back there again since it's the week before All State again.

Heh, I still think through this music when I'm sitting in school. I still know how to play this show and Spellbound as well, including parts that aren't mine. If that's not a nerd I don't really know what it. I'll be doing that through my senior year probably.

Thanks a bunch for posting this! And talking about awesome, I loved Eastview's show. I saw your show at Festival of Bands and the Youth in Music and was impressed both times. And way to go to the entire hornline with beating both us and Rosemount in music execution in the Dome.

you're welcome! When I found out you guys would be playing at the YIM, I told my dad over and over "You have to record them, you HAVE to record them. These guys are awesome." I was really impressed and just blown away when I saw you guys perform at the Festival of Bands. I had a lot of fun competing with you at the Dome. :) I'm glad that you liked our show. We did our best, and I think we improved immensely over last year's show. Thanks for a great season!

I liked your 2008 show as well. Gotta love Malaguena no matter who's playing it :) But yeah Island was so much better. For us, The Heist was so much better than Spellbound.

no, I'm really sorry. I wish I had the night show for my band, but my dad didn't record it. He said that he wanted to actually watch the show. your night show was better; I got to see that one. Man! you guys were AWESOME. If only my band were that good... O.O
