The airport rail is one of the reasons why HK International Airport is so fantastic. The train goes straight into the airport terminal thus minimising walking distance. It also offers free in town check in right in the middle of downtown HK. That means you check in your bags and get your boarding passes before boarding the train and once you step off the train and you can head straight for your gate. Absolutely wonderful!
I'm in the US. I traveled there a few times but I really like hong kong. the only thing that is bad is that there's a lot of pollution, diseases spread easily, and not enough room.
where i live doesnt really have much pollution and diseases spread easily because its hot and i agree with not enough room but that makes it busy which i like!
@xiaolintraditional90 You're partially right about the pollution. The air is pretty bad at times. But the seawater is very clean after yrs of clean up. Lack of space is a result of the hillly terrain but that also means HK is a hot spot for hiking and magnificent hills are easily within reach. Not sure about diseases though. Hong Kong is very hygienic with advanced public health care and municipal services. Life expectancy in Hong Kong is among the top 5 in the WORLD.
Thanks for posting this! I remember riding this train on my way to Kowloon. I also took a video similar to this. I should post mine on youtube as well. Great job on your video! I like it!
But bus is EVEN cheaper if you convert it to euro lol; plus if it's your first time visiting you can sit on the 2nd floor for the bus... The view is amazing!
I took the Airport Express a little more than a month ago during the remnants of a typhoon. It was fast and I think better than taking a taxi. It can be a bit expensive but I enjoyed it.
it is too expensive :(

@qwerty3862 No, it just stop at AsiaWorld-Expo, airport, Tsing Yi, Kowloon, and HK station. I think only a line can reach fanling: East Rail Line.
