  • Have you been walking one hour per day? That helps with the loss.

    Do give away all those clothes that are too big, because you won't go back to being able to wear them again!

  • I have been walking regularly but didn't start doing it daily until just recently. I'm actually starting to run more than walk. Thats just because I'm loving how much lighter my body feels. It's amazing!

  • Ah HA! That might be the reason for the smaller losses you know...You're building muscle (which weighs more than fat) so the scale won't show as much loss -- but the inches continue to fall off!! (re: the jeans you wore on your date!!!)
