It's a video mismatch, he's done four or five takes and they've put the wrong footage to the particular track he played.

The amazing thing is with this piece is, that in all those takes he's played it exactly the same bar one bar.

actually they created whats called a composite, they use it when a mistake is made. you re-record the lick and cut and paste it where the mistake was, that way you dont have to redo an entire video.

that IS odd. I watched it over and over and though maybe a glitch that played the bend he does a couple seconds later. But its a completely different bend.

With a mic like that though, you can bet the audio and video tracks are recorded separately and then spliced together. So guaranteed Magraw played this song 4 or 5 times before moving on to the next, and since he's probably played it a thousand times before this, each and every cut were likely almost identical. Making a mismatch possible

sounds right :) If you watch closely you can see that what is heard is not what is played at that particular time - watch his right hand at 2:15-17 and listen to the guitar groove, and it's obivious that they don't match.

Looks like an edit in the audio (only) to me from 2:14 to 2:17. It's not just a missed bend - both left and right hands - definitely don't match up. What they've probably done is use the audio from just before (around 2:04 or 2:11) and dropped that in - it's the same phrase there: look how different his LH and RH movements are! Someone obviously didn't like that fill with a bend. Nowt wrong with that - none of us are perfect!

He bends the string and I believe that he had the intention to hit it but he missed it. When you play the guitar not all things work out as you want them to- especially when you are grooving like he is doing. He is pure talent and 100% authentic.
