@tommiatkins As for apostasy - technically, if someone decides to leave the religion - there is no harm, as long as that individual does not fight against his/her former community or aid those who have broken their treaties with the Muslims. The problem is sadly; culture takes precedence in many parts of the Muslim world as opposed to.. particular adherence to Islam through the Quran in such matters.

It is correct to get rid of the selling of alcohol. But if done like the Zalimeen it is wrong. Moreover, it is the fault of Imams like the one in video..who exercised no wisdom whatsoever. These Brothers had the ability to issue a stern warning to the alcohol sellers and order them to closedown right off and to destroy any that they might have found on premises..and to check up on them regularly to make sure the message is understood. Fear turns into hate, and wisdom turns into love.

No compulsion by the way - means you cannot force Islam on to someone..but if a person is already Muslim then they understand full well Islamic injunctions as well as its warnings.

@tommiatkins Whether or not a person"born" muslim ( whatever born means - this is a Jewish idea that has crept in amongst muslims under the disguise of cultural practices through time), likewise, no one can revert or convert to Islam - (these terms are fallacious). By the time of puberty or if a person operates in full capacity, and is capable of proper reason and realizes the Truth and accepts Islam in full knowledge - then the Akham of the Quran become applicable.
