I belive that people will download illegal copies of most music EXCEPT that made by a group they are a FAN of. It may sound a bit crazy, but everyone I know who likes a group, will order the original CD or pay for it online as a download.

I have a hard time being convinced that going to record stores is that much of a pain.

Let's be honest, people like the internet because its easier to steal online than in a store.
