  • @bnektar have you guys ever made a burnt mead? It's a midevil recipe that requires you to burn the honey which results in a roasted marshmallo flavor. If u have not made it I suggest u try it, if u have some made I want to buy some to try your stuff :)

  • So why have you guys been moving towards a dryer final gravity? You said you have dropped your average from 1.030 down to around 1.015? thats a pretty big drop!
