This is the second worthy drawer I found to draw a character with skill and grace to whatever extent is needed to make me impressed. I've seen about 10 or more videos, this one is the best of those 2. Why can I find very good Naruto and Bleach pictures, but there are only a small amount of good avatar pictures....

Yup, that sounds right! The one if have is from the company Wacom if that helps.

Yes they are. I got mine at staples for less than $50 and it came with Photoshop elements and Corel painter.

Yes, I used one to draw this, it makes drawing on the computer so much easier. :D I could have never drawn this with a mouse. Thanks for the comment! ^_^
