    What you held up was a HEAD of garlic.  The CLOVE of garlic are the little banana-shaped things inside. =)

  • Bouillion is tasty but it's usually got a TON of sodium in it so i go as light as possible with it. Thanks for the recipie though im gonna give it a shot soon.

    I've stopped using boullion cubes; it's full of MSG (why I have no idea). Does your brand have MSG in the first few ingredients? In some brands it is the first ingredient, so there's more of it than anything else!

  • I could probably do without the chicken stuff and just add a tiny bit of salt. Oh well. I have no idea if it has MSG.

  • After seeing the rest of the video, I think I'd probably skip the bouillon all together, and just add salt. I wouldn't put the turkey on the paper towels so some of the juices would be preserved, and kale makes a really good stock by itself anyway. Nice job, I'll have to make this sometime soon. Now where can I find a couple of feline sous chefs?

    when do we see the cats cook?

    btw I'd put a splash of olive oil in that pan, stir fry the onions, garlic and spices first then toss in the turkey. The meat will adsorb more of the flavors that way.

    Then add a few more spice splashes once then meat starts to turn brown

    Finally, I think you need to start another channel, CookingZackScott or ZackScottCooking

    have you thought of trying huge jump cuts, fast forwards, a few short slow mos, with some snappy music, keeping it at 2 /3 min and adding the full recipe text at the end?

  • You should add the sausage skin to the soup! It is made of collagen and if dissolved into your water it will make it thick and improve texture!
