Doesn't look great, but it does look better than Monkey Ball Deluxe on PS2. Worst Monkey Ball yet, especially compared to the excellent Xbox version (and no, I'm not an Xbox fanboy. I've always prefered Sony and Nintendo).

When I finish the Beginner extra 3, then go to practice mode, you will find that Expert floor 28 unlocked! Is the reason remained unkown or it is a bug?

It's probably a bug, or maybe they found Expert Floor 28 so fun that they wanted to allow you to play it as a prize.

Believe it or not, I actually had to save the game whenever I beat a level and turn it off whenever I fell. The process itself took me like over a week, maybe even a month!

I had to save & quite heavily just to reach the Extra stages. It took me like over a week to complete expert mode in only one run, lol.

Impressed. You failed to mention the Extra and Master stages, each of which I have beaten. The controls are hard, especially on gameboy advance.

It's a fun little obstacle course which starts off with swirling bridges and turns into a combination of moving spike boards and and another swinging bridge. It ends in a cut off ramp.

I'd say it's both. The controls are hard, and the game is doing its best to be able to support a 3D game.
