greeting from USA , does this phone uses the normal size sim card or is it micro-sim like the N9? and lets just say that i got this phone from whatever source, can i use it like any other normal phone or there r some restrictions (since its a developer only phone)?

@TheSaudiboy2010 Hi , this N950 uses normal sim card, you can use this as a normal phone as well but it doesn't come with a warranty, and your not guaranteed to receive the regular update the N9 is going to get, that is as far as I know, I'll be getting the N9 in few days and I think am going to use that one daily, the N950 is just a heavy phone ;) .... @timo2010billy2011 this isn't a fake..Only a selected few have this device and i believe it's only for "developing" purposes..we are yet to see the final version of this phone..

@timo2010billy2011: N950 is made in Finland and it's not even sold in public so why would they even made it in China when they don't try to make it cheap. N9 is made somewhere in Asia, probably China and still it costs 600-700€ or something. N950 is at least worth 800-900€ so it's too expensive and Nokia is focusing on Windows phones anyway.

@Maneoss Hehe .. That's good for you, but I have both phones and more, I think there's no comparison, even maybe iPhone sales is a lot, speed is much faster than the iPhone. Not only about the processes, there's 1Gig of RAM there, it's a huge for meego. you know N900 is doing wonders with around 600MB of RAM. So I don't think there's any comparison in speed.

There was 3 ways to get N950 for free, but it's too late, if you search the internet you'll see, there was a page to apply at developer.nokia.com and forum meego.

@mrhadimortada Even though, I highly recommend you to not look at numbers, they say nothing, But I'll tell you, 1Gb Ram, 1Ghz Processor and ROM I'm not sure about it, but the real world performance, is excellent!

@WorldWideGameTube You have to be a developer, there are several ways to get N950, but at the end, I think it's too late now. The N9 is coming in September.

how you mean? Arent they preloaded which would make them a standalone? I'm just into the ease of use from google maps and the integration into the whole ecosystem. Its just real easy from unlock to searching if you know what i mean.

You cannot get one, this is a developer device, the N9 is very similar, with better features will be available soon in September. But with no hardware qwerty.
