LOL...we could all burn our pianos compared. But what a joy to watch someone who enjoys playing so much. How lucky to have this video to enjoy. I sure enjoy the music.. Thanks....
It's intimidating to view this level of expertise and then go sit down at the piano to attempt such wonders! That's part of the reason I switched to washboard, and I don't have to worry about what key to play in.
Adam is one incrediby fortunate young man to be born wiht such a gift. Pianist are either born or have to work extremely har to get half as good as Adam. A great number Canadian Capers bruoght back to life by Adams sublt but very strong fingers . Great andthanks for posting
Adam - you are amazing! To say you can play the piano is a gross understatement!I certainly enjoy listening to you play this number. You also enjoy playing it, judging from the way you get your whole body into it. I like the way you retain the melody even with all those embelishing notes. Listening to (and watching) you play that piano really raises my spirits.
Have been wondering who would stumble upon this treasure and it would be Adam who captures the Early Jazz/Flapper Era ("Tin Pan Alley") with his renditions. Don't miss his Charleston videos and get to know his "Bill Bailey". This may be a rag, but I never realized it while listening to my mother's Decca '78 version of Canadian Capers with its dual pianos. Adam shows here how to make the capers dazzle with only two of HIS hands. Thanks for saving us a treasure.
adam please play at a concert in Britain!
