Actually I started by making the master's grid, as seen in Oldtaco's "Making the Master's Grid" in order to control the board and make stars. Then, when I had enough star pieces to make the MMC, I just worked my way up. Then I converted to the 4 by 4 grid at the very top because maintaining the master's grid AND my current MMC design would be terribly impractical. Just follow the guides on youtube or in the hexic forums on xbox's website and you'll be MMC-ing like a pro! Just have patience!

I just did some homework and looked at some of your vids as well as your placement on the leaderboard with a score of 222 trillion for the #8 slot. 0_0 Very impressive stuff! My apologies, I had no idea I was talking to such a seasoned Hexic veteran! I've been out of the Hexic loop for a while now due to school. My score used to warrent the #12 spot thanks to this MMC, but now I'm down to #42 as of 6-10-08. Bummer. Keep up the awesome work Toushcard0u3!

You should get back into the game personally, you are one of a few people, of which is about 60, in the world thats 0.001% of people that can make MMCs ! Since there are easier MMCs nowadays you should do a few of those and build up a nice healthy score ! Pick a number, then go for it !
Ya, now that school's out for the summer I've started another game; got the mgrid up with about 15 multipliers and I'm looking to start building another MMC. I saw Deadcell's "Calling all Pros" thread and I thought it'd be interesting to be a part of such a cool endeavor, but I don't think I'd fit in the pro category. I'm more of a spectator and an imitator rather than a participant. But thanks for the compliments, they mean a lot!
No worries, yes you do fit the pro category, not everyone in the world wo's played hexic can say they've just narrowly missed the top 10, with having a rank of 12. In that thread you should post, or just post in the Hexic hd challenge thread since we're all there. Any idea which MMC you plan on making ?

Plus, I don't think I could contribute to that thread because I don't know what combos get me what points, so I couldn't get one of those impressive exact scores. You on the other hand have done extensive research into Hexic's scoring, do you have a site/thread where you list the combos and their points? I'd also be willing to do one of your tests if you need a tester!
That would be my neighbor whom I invited over to watch me trigger the MMC. He'd never seen one before and he simply couldn't hold in his amazement when half the screen disappeared.
