these are bloody good cars. got a 2004 or 5 model XL7 and its been the best car i ever had. reliable, powerful and great in the dirt.

I have a 2007 Grand Vitara X-sport and it has a rough ride along with lack of acceleration plus noisy engine with cheap feeling interior.

A lot of drivers behind me tell me to 'get that piece of crap out of my way' and procede to manoeuver around me.

Suzuki Grand Vitara gets no respect on the roads here in Albuquerque,NM.

@rbolo29 @rbolo29 I understand your feelings bro.But there has even been a case where a 2009 FJ cruiser driver was forced off the road for slow driving.Its not the vehicle that we drive,its how we drive it that matters.Polish your vehicle,put on some window tint,and believe me,there is no car or SUV that has any permanent road respect.Here in Dubai,if you go slow on the fast track,no matter what car you drive,people will honk you  our.That a fact.

It's in the same league as the Land Cruiser and Nissan Patrol.

well you are being rude. i'm 6'5'' and 240 lbs. or, in otherwords, jeremy clarkson sized. and i've obviously never sat in a swift, but i have no problem with, say, a mazda mx-5.

and there are 500 lb people anywhere. they would obviously not buy a car like a swift.

all Suzuki cars today are great ! good value of many with many features n many fun buttons to play.The interior is economical too like Suzuki SX4 sedan i own Suzuki is better than Toyota at making cheap cars.

That is the point of critique is it not? to look at everything with a microscope? letting readers know what's not great and letting them decide whether it's an issue?

Pointless to read/write reviews if they are not critical. Product improvements will never happen... and you, the consumer, end up buying things that really aren't any good.

Yes, that is the point BUT, most of you add in your PERSONAL FEELINGS. WE DONT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS. Also, the buyer should do RESEARCH about the car before they buy it so that they dont end up buying something that is not good.
