Bigfoot wouldn't disprove evolution. Evolution doesn't say that the ancestors of a species need to die off. A recent analogy I've heard is " if Americans came from England, then why are there still English?". A species can diverge, leading to a new species as well as keeping the original species. Additionally, it doesn't necessarily need to be the missing link before man. It can be an off shoot of an ancient ape that isn't our direct ancestor.
I think its totally possible that a creature could survive without us having a skeleton. Its easy to forget how much SPACE is out there. What does a million acres look like? Fucking big!

Now if you go out there and find me a mountain lion carcass I will understand what your saying but i can guarantee you will return with nothing . But if you look into it, asses and horses are fairly similar by physic. Humans and chimps are not so, even if we're very very genetically related.
Tiny changes in the genome at the right spot and it could not result in fertilization.

Bad move, that'd be murder basically since they're in all probability a human species and once the shooter either first notices this in his sights (as many hunters have), or after the killing, there'll be massive second thoughts. So in such cases, history speaks of a few actually, they just leave it there or bury it somewhere. You shoot one and see it's no 'ape', you're out of there quickly - without it...

@steveecker Kangaroos don't walk on two legs, they hop along. They don't have bipedal movement as a human does, birds generally fly, homeless people are still humans(..?), and dinosaurs, if you haven't figure it out by now, are extinct.
You could argue that birds count as "walking" on two legs, but then it could also be said that humans are also quadrupeds, because sometime we crawl on all fours.

As for the dinosaurs, they did walk on two feet, extinct or not, they're still members of their respective species. Humans are bipeds, as we have two hands and two feet (ped = feet). As babies we crawl, yes, but we don't magically grow hands when we start walking. Babies still use their hands as hands when they crawl (grabbing rattles, exploring, etc). Homeless ppl ftw!!!

Bigfoot wouldn't disprove evolution. Evolution doesn't say that the ancestors of a species need to die off. A recent analogy I've heard is " if Americans came from England, then why are there still English?". A species can diverge, leading to a new species as well as keeping the original species. Additionally, it doesn't necessarily need to be the missing link before man. It can be an off shoot of an ancient ape that isn't our direct ancestor.

Peter Burn's footprint photo... none of the surrounding debris has been compressed into the foot print. The sole of the looks flat like a stamp, no contours for the instep, heel, ball or toes as if the foot was in motion. The ones in snow and some of the casts look more genuine. Peter Burns has wasted his life and is grasping at straws. Poor fella.

There was a movie made in ;the 1970's called "the creature from black lake" about two anthropology students from the university of chicago who went to Louisiana to look for evidennce of the creature and found what they were looking for.
