  • Fascism is a hell of a thing, ain't it?

From electronic voting machine to disenfranchising candidates to outright manipulation of the facts.

@DrKenHildebrandt Please, quit using the word "democracy". It's just one more example of how we all have been brainwashed to some degree. Our nation is a constitutional republic.

  • @TheComputerNazi - Yes, we're a constitionally limited republic, yet we also brag about being a democracy and do have elections. The problem is the media elite censor those elections, and not enough people see all this as being real. We can elect more reasonable people, in spite of the media's censorship, if we make the effort to bypass the media.

  • I'm with you but WW3 has started, there are troops from 50 nations fighting in the M.E. North and South Korea are shooting at each other.

  • @UNTC321 - As long as elections aren't suspended, we still have a chance, but only if we TRY!

  • Brilliant stuff - those people getting kicked out of the debates, I wonder what the 'official' reasons for that were that they had to come up with?

  • @johnmoreland - They have no valid reasons for what they do, but since they own and operate the news they don't need any. If we bypass the media to the point where they're pressured for reasons, then we have a chance for 'reason to prevail.'

  • @DrKenHildebrandt You are doing a warriors work.

You will inspire more to do the same.

  • I thought this was a good video, and Chomsky succinctly brings to the forefront the corporate dominance of media. I think the arguments that the 9/11 "truthers" make about Chomsky are logically flawed--just because he doesn't agree with the truthers theory regarding 9/11, doesn't automatically make Chomsky a "gate keeper" or a shill. WHERE is the LOGIC behind such an accusation?

  • @eyeseethroughyou - Thanks for the opening compliment. For people to write that Noam is an agent or something is quite the accusation, so it shouldn't be based on speculation.

  • That being said, Chomsky pretending that the government corporatist version of 911 was reasonable in any manner makes him nothing more than a gatekeeper, and someone not worthy of respect now that the paradigm has shifted.

Once again-911 IS the litmus test-if a man can't stand up and say its a fraud, then they are no friend of humanity.

  • @avzett - Do you disagree with anything he stated IN THIS VIDEO?

Do you think what Professor Chomsky stated IN THIS VIDEO is important or not?

Why do you suppose he signed the petition for the 9-11 Jersey widows?

Why isn't your youtube site accessible? The rest of us are putting our names out there, but not you. That doesn't seem fair.

  • 911 is the litmus test. Anyone who propogates or defends in any manner the mainstream corporatist media LIE of 911, is a gatekeeper at best and a traitor at worst.

  • The time has come to galvanize for American Revolution II. Ron Paul for President 2010.

  • @MayorGalvan1956 - I think what's needed is an INFORMolution, and then maybe in 2012 we'll have a chance of electing a somewhat reasonable president. Ignorance is our block, and here we live at the height of the Information Age. Unbelievable.

  • All points are very good. Democracy in this country is a charade. Laws conflict with common sense. Why? Because powerful sociopathic forces rule over us.

  • @chicodoodoo - Thanks for your first statement, and I agree with the rest. It must also be borne in mind that the oppressed far outnumber their oppressors, and that "sociopathic forces rule over us," because the majority allow the media to delude them. As Hitler himself admitted, "What luck for the rulers that men do not think." For, as Steve Biko stated, "The greatest weapon in the hands of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed."

Your enlightening and supportive input is appreciated.

  • @DrKenHildebrandt -- You are absolutely right. We are both on the same page on this one.

  • Mr. Hildebrandt

If you don't believe 911 is THE most important issue but, instead believe hemp and quoting the controlled opposition agent Chomsky are important.....there is nothing of value to be gleaned on this post!

  • @lazerus9 - If Chomsky's an agent, then why did he say what he said in this video? You think there's no value to growing our own oil, nor revealing the truth about US elections?

If we had fair elections in 2000, then the chances are very good that there wouldn't have been attacks on 9-11, because we would've stopped supporting Israel's carnage and ceased the Iraqi Embargo, taking away the Arab's justifiable gripes with us, leaving the perpetrators of 9-11 with no one to blame but themselves.

  • @lazerus9 Hemp will solve a lot of these problems at their root. I beg you to do 5 hours research on it.

  • I have a suggestion. Go and rent the DVD: "Open Range", it's a western with Kevin Costner and Robert Duvall. In the movie a town is completely taken over and controlled financially by a despotic cattleman...he owns everything in the town including the town's Lawman. The people of the town are not ignorant, are not stupid, are not corrupt although some are, the movie provides a poignant allegorical backdrop to the predicament the world has been forced into.

  • @lazerus9 - I don't have time for DVD rentals, especially fiction, from the mainstream no less. I've made our case clear here. What's lacking is effort, though hopefully that'll be overcome if enough try. The oppressed far outnumber the oppressors, and we have a means to communicate to bypass the censors. The world is forced into this predicament because of ignorance, especially here in the States, so from what you've stated, the DVD you're suggesting doesn't match what's happening here and now.

  • Chomsky is a piece of shit. He lied about 911.

  • @UNTC321 - For crying out loud, this isn't about 9-11. Chomsky did sign a petition for the Jersey widows of 9-11 you know? But you have Mike Savage on your channel! That character pumps out his elitist propaganda non-stop. He's completely out of touch with the general population. And what's Savage's stance on 9-11? Why do you suppose Savage is given a corporate voice, but not Chomsky?

Better yet, let's stick to the topic of the video...

  • @DrKenHildebrandt Yes Savage is a fake but he sometimes lets truths out 9Bankers exp.). Don't know about the petition but when he was questioned about 911 he gave a b.s.. response. Either we can count on Academia or not, Looks like we can't, WW3 is man's destiny.

  • @UNTC321 - None of us knows the future. We sure can try to prevent WWIII, and two major steps in that direction would be to stop electing puppets of the military-industrial complex, and start growing hemp nationwide to reduce our reliance on foreign oil. This video is limited to these two topics so it can be easily understood. People have the "..capacity to see through the deceit in which they're ensnared," as Noam has pointed out.

If WWIII starts it'll be too late. The time for effort is now

  • The US of A has become the laughing stock of the entire World. It will not be missed!

  • @sacopenapa - Might very well be the laughing stock of the world, but it's the dominant military force of the world and its imperialistic ambitions are only worsening over time, in no small part due to mass ignorance.

  • There is but one solution military though it would appear that our military is MIA

  • @bulletinman - This is a war against ignorance and apathy. No military action required. What's needed is an INFORMolution, in which people make the effort to inform others about some buried "elementary truths."

Steve Biko was quite correct in asserting that, "The greatest weapon in the hands of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed."

Since the oppressed greatly outnumber the oppressors, there's little excuse for losing. If enough try, we'll overcome the media. If not, we won't.

  • @FiteNoMore - Only if we don't fight the prevailing ignorance.

  • And the US is a Democracy. It is a limited democracy, known as a Republic, where the population votes for representatives to vote on their behalf in government. No where does a "pure democracy" exist on earth, and never has. The closest to it was probably the Pericles' Golden Age of Athens. Here again people become dramatic in their speech and like to make wild annunciations to shock and "educate", and garner attention to themselves. Let us know and speak the truth and facts. Then debate.

  • @myopicseer - I've put in over a decade of effort and have also paid dearly for bringing the truth to others. You know nothing about me nor of my motives. I don't even identify myself in this video. You didn't happen to notice that, did you? What have you done, besides make unfounded accusations against others who are trying? Do you think you're omnicient or something? You're sure myopic. I'll give you that much.

  • @myopicseer - Yes, it's a "representative democracy" (Who doesn't know that?)

but corporations are getting the representation, not the general population. That's the point. The result is nothing less than catastrophic in innumerable ways, though just one was presented in this video for the sake of brevity.

  • Is hemp saving the economies outside the US? If hemp is an economic miracle resource, why then is it not turning the hemp-growing nations into economic dynamos? (BTW, I do not oppose the growing or use of hemp in any way. That's not my issue. I am just weary of all the foolish and outlandish claims that come from every side of debate in America. There are no responsible thinkers. Just loud and unsupported claims that draw crowds of sheep and pools of money.)

  • @myopicseer - I'm responsible, and so are others. You're the one who seems to have passed judgment without investigation. Popular Mechanics termed hemp a "BILLION-DOLLAR CROP," in February 1938.

  • @myopicseer Because the US pays other governments to keep it illegal!

  • So Dr. Ken i'm curious, where exactly in the constitution does it mention the word "democracy"

  • @cdimmm - Everyone knows we're a constitutionally limited republic, though we still brag about being a democracy, don't we? Unbelievable that after all that's revealed in this video, and the effort it took, traveling and so forth, that all you contribute is some misleading gibberish. Nothing like an armchair critic, worried about the mote in someone else's eye while having a beam in his own. You missed regarding the mote, but the beam is still there.

  • @DrKenHildebrandt ...It seems to me only the tyrants, war mongers and media wind bags brag about democracy, the rest of us would like to restore the government to it's limited role as a republic...artical 4 section 4. What i do appreciate Dr. Ken is your awareness of the chemtrail genocide.

  • @cdimmm - OK, I'm sorry for being rough on you. Here we are all being sprayed, & what are we arguing about? Wouldn't it be wiser to band together?

We're also indoctrinated about American democracy in public school for 13 years, including Kindergarten, where we're trained to salute a piece of cloth.

A disproportionate minority shouldn't be misguiding our federal & state governor races, should they?

If we had true representatives we likely wouldn't be involuntarily sprayed, would we?

  • There is no debate ,zero ,none , only a circus to placate the dumbest people on the planet.

  • @dave777blaster - I don't think most are dumb, but they sure are ignorant.

Ignorance can be overcome if those in the know try to inform others, as per the vid. We can't just throw in the towel. Too much is at stake, and it doesn't matter if you're in the US or not. "Many hands make light work." Can't do it alone, but together we can do a lot. Thanks for posting.

  • @DrKenHildebrandt I stand corrected

  • @dave777blaster - Hi Dave, Not really. I mean, you're right, it's dumb too. The main point I was trying to add is the people can see through the two scams presented in this video (elections and hemp seed oil), if exposed. None of this is complex, just buried by the media. Thanks. My best, Ken

  • @DrKenHildebrandt I know not all Americans are mindless consumers ,nor are they all dumb or ignorant obviously. but far too many are. I am old enough to remember Americans all wearing suits and walking and talking with dignity.

how far the masses have fallen.

Hemp is a wondrous product that was used extensively in the past , corporations have replaced them with more profitable products ,that do not last as long and are not as effective.

  • @dave777blaster - Yes, too many are. That's what we're trying to change. If we try, we have a chance. If we don't, we don't. Every little bit of help brings us that much closer. What help? Passing it on. That's all. Whereas most are soliciting money. I'm soliciting effort. All can give effort. Fewer and fewer can give money.

  • Gret interview with alot accurate examples of how the corporate owned media prevent alternative ideas from getting reported in the "main stream corporate owned media".

  • @GivathBrenner - Thanks for your input. Please pass it on, and it doesn't matter that you're in Canada. Those outside the US can do a lot with these findings too. We're all in this together on the same rock spinning through space at the same time. The US has so much influence on the rest of the world, yet most people both in and out of the States have no idea about all this. With effort, one by one, this can change.
