It's a show about using English in real-world situations. In this episode, they taught an audience full of salarymen about business English.

Aichan was there simply as the random-talent-of-the-week. (You know about variety talents, yes?) One of her hobbies is English, and the agency is trying to build her presence and self-confidence as a soloist, so there she was. She's notoriously shy and awkward by herself, without the rest of MM, but she can't stay in the group forever...
