I think this shows individual pronunciation rather than accent. I would be very interested to hear everyone say a couple of sentences. I love accents.
Hey you forgot the most distinctive Canadian Accent the Maritimes or even a Newfie you should have your buddies from UK listen to Them if you didn't know people living in Atlantic Canada sound a awhole alot different I even hear people still say mate up there you should check it out hey over here it's vice verse we say we sound Canadian lol
I had this playing out loud because nobody besides myself is around except my dog, Yoshi. When she heard her name, she came running. I had to pause the video until I stopped laughing.
I'm from the East Coast of Canada, I have an accent like yours. The only word I said differently from ou was missile. You should proflie a Cape Breton or a NFLD accent :p
Alright, I'm from Toronto and I say many of the words in this video differently (for example: buoy, military, Lieutenant [which you all said incorrectly, ask anyone from either respective service]) so I can only assume that's an education/class difference. Moreover, the guy from Edmonton is butchering the hell out of the language, he can't seriously speak like that.
Im from Hamilton, a city a little less than an hour from toronto, but I find that you say some words weird...like ONvelope, and a lot of people from here would read York SHIRE not York SHER, so there is proof to people that not everyone in the same area has the same accent. This video was cool, though.
@outloudkat Itttt was a joke, calm your bones, I have watched 8 of your videos today, including one where you empty your billabong bag, one where you watch the Royal Wedding on a big screen, one where you look out of your ex-housemate Richard's window and one where you explain in a rather creepy manner how you obtained a recording of charlieissocoollike to affix to the end of your vlogs. For me to appear to you as an abusive commenter was only a facade.
Hey mail me some words that I might say different from you cuz on from north dakota and a lota people say I got an accent when I don't hear one and I'll reply a video of me saying them.
Canadian accents sound more like American to me. I guessed the accents correctly apart from the word nougat which I thought you would pronounce like the French do.
I'm also from Edmonton, and when you and the guy from Edmonton pronounced words differently I pronounced it the same as you. =P
If you do another one of these videos you should try and get someone from Newfoundland. Comparing their accents to other Canadian ones would be quite awesome!

This is an awesome idea that I may or may not steal from you (I'll cite my source).
The South Ontario accent sounds really close to the Western US accent, that's pretty interesting!
