  • good work.... I'm just starting with RF,looks like i got a lot of hard work ahead...:)

  • @davlin2 Thank you =) Realflow is an amazing program, you just have to be patient with it because its extremely processor dependent. I just got an i7-970 intel processor( 3.4 ghz, 6 cores, 12 threads) which is one of the better processors that intel makes and it still takes a very long time to render complex or large scenes lol Good luck and if you need any help I'd be glad to make a tutorial.

Jerremy ,thanks for your offer of help .

I think my main prob is a very heavy galleon mod from Poser put into c4d and then try the rf hybrido but the whole thing just locks. This is part of an animation and I wanted a kinda "Perfect Storm" effect.

i7 with 24 gig is my weapon of choice.

    Thanks

    Dave

  • @davlin2 That sounds like a nice weapon lol and unfortunately I haven't had much experience with C4D, but with Realflow if Hybrido isn't working, try resetting the scene and making sure that everything in your simulation is inside the Hybrido box. If that doesn't work, as long as I understand what you mean, you may have to substitute your C4D object with something else...

If that doesn't help, If I'm understanding your problem correctly, you may have to use something other than the C4D object...
