What I hate is that people who don't watch the series think that L is emo when in reality, he's just that sheltered, laid-back kind of guy who hasn't had much people experiences. However, despite of this, he can still pull off a punchline even though he doesn't mean to. We need more characters like him in anime cuz let's face it... it makes things more interesting.
